What an amazing team!! Each artist has their own unique styles, so there's something for everyone here. Paul has done beautiful cover ups for friends, but I'm absolutely in love with the pieces he created for me. I'm so excited to see what else he's come up with to complete the mural we've started on my leg. Also, HUGE shout out to James for fixing the daith piercing I had done elsewhere that wouldn't quite heal. He helped me figure out why, then resolved the issue by replacing the jewelry with a piece that actually fit right. Highly over priced. They make you put down a $40 deposit then surprise you with a $75 dollar fee for your piercing. But by then it's to late, no way to get your deposit back. $75 dollars for an ordinary piercing dose not include jewelry. Normal prices are $40 to $50 dollars everywhere else. read more

Just got home from having my cartilage pierced and it was hands down the best experience I've had by far. I went in with an idea that I wanted for years and James IMMEDIATELY told me that he wasn't comfortable doing what I wanted because he knew it wouldn't heal properly. We chatted for a quick minute and came up with a different plan and I could not be happier! Not only does the end product look amazing (I can't stop smiling when I look in the mirror) but the entire process was incredible as well. James immediately made me feel comfortable and made sure to get the placement just right for each one of my piercings. even though I have been pierced a few times before, he talked me through every step and calmed any anxiety that I had. Everyone at Matt's shop is friendly, easy to talk to, the kind of people you would want to hangout with. Went there to get my septum pierced a little bit ago. Very nice people with decent pricing. The only problem was they didn't give me any opinions for rings so I had to request a different one. The other problem I had was when he pierced it he did not use a tool to make sure it was completely straight. So now I finally have the piercing I wanted but it is crooked. I've had all my piercings done here and always have had great customer service. Clean shop, very enthusiastic about their work and teaching clients how to clean and maintain piercings and tattoos. I Love the after care cards; they are extremely helpful especially for those new to piercings. 5 stars in my personal experience. However, the person that I went to for piercings is no longer there. My friend had recently gotten a bridge piercing and the first time it was done crooked. The second attempt it was done crooked again! Obviously being unhappy, she called the shop to express she was not happy about her piercing, and management was extremely rude to her and very unhelpful. Understanding things do go wrong, I felt as if being rude to an unsatisfied customer was not professional. That is why I give thus review three stars instead of five. read more

I went a couple weeks go with some friends to get some piercings done. I got my rook, one friend got a helix, and another got a navel. We were all extremely impressed with James and I would easily recommend him to anyone in the area as well as return for any other piercings. The shop was beautiful and clean, furthermore, the staff was all extremely welcoming and kind. All abided by the mask policy and sanitization which was also comforting. During the piercing process James was very calming and walked us through each process as it occurred. The pricing for the quality of the jewelry, the process, and the cleanliness of the procedure and establishment was well worth it and very acceptably priced. I came here for my first tattoo after a recommendation from a friend who has gotten her three tattoos all by Johnny. My mom and I wanted matching, realistic gerbera daisies. Richie did them for us and I couldn't be happier! He didn't talk a whole lot which I personally prefer since I'm not big on small talk, but he was very polite and so willing to work with us. He designed the flowers a little bigger than we'd wanted which put them a little over our budget, so he scaled them down a bit and made them fit within our budget. If you are looking for top quality tattoo work from a great group of people, lucky strike is the best place to go! I reached out to Emily for help in covering up an eye sore on my back. It was horrible and I was so unhappy. Before committing to that, Emily drew up a GORGEOUS mandala piece for my shoulder/collar bone area. Her line work was perfection and she took her time and did a phenomenal job. I was so happy with my piece that we went ahead and began working on my cover up. She was so easy to work with and really put all she had into drawing up the perfect design for me. This is her first cover up and you'd never know! We just completed a white out session to draw out some of the heavy black from the previous piece and the outline and black fill in is done. Next we move on to color and I am so excited. Worst customer service around. personal ink is looked at as an inconvenience instead of a meaningful piece of art. the attention to detail is less then stellar and the lack of time put into my piece was pathetic. I lost my deposit after I was unhappy with the choices presented to me. instead of them working with me on making it right, I was met with attitude and " if you would like to leave another deposit for another sketch" , really? I rather take my cash to a shop with real business morals and better artists that can actually draw and put something into this art form. do not waste your time or money on this place. Save your cash for a true artist that wants to make your custom tat a true work of art. read more
