we had a wonderful time, the food is a hit or miss but it's bowling, and the drinks are sweet.

He never forgets my drink order, always makes sure everyone is taken care of, and somehow remembers EVERYONE'S order like it's second nature. His customer service is unmatched -- attentive, accommodating, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and it completely changes the experience. Adam is not just an amazing bartender, he's an amazing human being. If you're going to Frames, make sure you stop by the front bar and see Adam. People like him are rare and definitely deserve recognition. Thank you for always making every visit a great one!

To be fair, still prefer the booze, but health first. We got a package where we had two hours of bowling and a bit of karaoke. We got caesar salad, pigs in a blanket, nachos, and chicken tenders. All was good except the nachos. Skip it. After a game of bowling, some of us stayed and did some karaoke. Personally think this is a good place to bowl, sing, and do other things like pingpong and pool, but the location is not ideal. Port authority gets really sketchy after dark. Would not go out of my way seeking this place out.

THE NOT SO GOOD ----------------------------- - As expected, it's very loud inside with all of the arcade games, so don't expect to be able to have much of a conversation with people. MIXED THOUGHTS ---------------------------- = Nada. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = We came for a birthday party at 3 PM on a June Saturday and it was busy inside, but not overly crowded. The batting cages were occupied, but, once again, not overly so. The bowling alley was pretty much empty, except when our group was in there for 30 minutes.

The food is alight. This is a place that get pretty packed. My experience there was a unique one. I got a game card and loaded it up with $30 to use to play in the arcade. However most of the games weren't working. There were games that looked to be worked but it turns out they weren't. So basically any money I had on my card got eaten up and when I went to customer service they claimed to put it back but when I checked the balance it wasn't true. Perhaps it was the card but it was just a terrible experience. A lot of the people working seemed very inexperienced.

There was 9 of us so we were spread out onto two separate lanes. The bowling alley itself looked very old school - it's literally just bowling with no fancy bells and whistles. They had a bar and I asked for a Mojito and the bartender gave me a look that I'll never forget, lol. We did order some food and it was pretty good. Pizza, mozzarella sticks, fries and chicken nuggets. The staff was pretty friendly and assured us as the lane we had for the children kept getting stuck. Also, toward the end of the night we noticed one of the shoes they provided to my relative was broken and the back heel was hanging off. Overall, I did have a good time here - I would say if you're just looking to bowl without anything fancy, then this would be your place. I would say if you wanted something for a date night, you should probably look elsewhere.

If you want more of an atmosphere, go across town to Bowlero and pay the price. In any event, the staff at NAB is wonderful. We deal mostly with Dave, who handles all our issues with ease. I've also interacted with Carol, who is a sweetheart. Their snack bar is pretty great, too. It's greasy bar food, sure, but it hits different in a bowling alley. I like that they offer specials sometimes, too! Overall, support a wonderful local bowling alley like North Arlington Bowl!

DO NOT COME HERE! RACIST TOWARDS WHITE PEOPLE (LOOK AT REVIEWS / They are all in on it)…read more Extremely disappointing and confusing experience. When we arrived, the front desk employee couldn't give us a clear price for two games--first $86, then $55--and had to call a manager for clarification. We were ultimately charged $19 without a clear explanation of how the pricing worked. (Before we even did anything we got charged 19) We saw an advertised promotion for "Play two games, get the third 50% off." We played three games and requested the advertised deal when checking out. The employee didn't know how to handle it, and a manager then told us the promotion was only available if it was requested upfront. That restriction was not clearly stated on the advertisement. Despite explaining this, the manager repeatedly insisted that the employee "should have told us." We were then charged $180 for three games. This raises serious concerns about misleading advertising, unclear pricing practices, and potentially discriminatory treatment of customers. If a promotion has restrictions or conditions, those terms should be clearly disclosed to customers. Based on other customer complaints, this does not appear to be an isolated issue. I will be reporting this experience to the appropriate consumer-protection authorities and the BBB. Save yourself the frustration--DO NOT GO HERE. (Looks like they have this in the past (going back 6+ years) going to see if I can file legal matters against the bowling ally and especially the lady who was dressed as a regular person. She did not state she worked there or any apparel that was work related) plus BBB had multiple reports of this business in the past which leaves them open for business malpractice lawsuit (we will see in time)
