It's totally non-profit and volunteer operated, with proceeds going directly to a local mission -- unlike other "non-profits" in town, who spread dollars across a corporate hierarchy or pump revenue up to a national office. The shop is cluttered, so expect to do some digging. When you find something you like, the price tag will be next to nothing. I picked up an oxford cloth button down for a buck. My account was never recovered, so we stopped going and switched to Costco and the Sam's Club in Little Rock. After almost a year, we finally returned to the Conway location. While scanning our items, the store's main manager, Kevin, recognized us. He mentioned he hadn't seen us in a while and asked what had happened. He even remembered our account issue!
