Pros are they show up on time, cut grass well. Cons are they don't blow all areas they are supposed to and are inflexible on arrival times, showing up at 8am, and unwilling to accommodate a customer's request to come after 9am to avoid waking us up and our neighbors. It also makes it inconvenient to move all of our cars out of our own driveway so early in the morning just to accommodate their schedule. Lost trust in this company early on.

We are singing the praises of Jose and his crew on our waterproofing project. For the first time…read moresince we bought our house last July, our basement is DRY, even after the 3" of rain from the hurricane last week and several days of a good all day soaking. We hired them to dig around our foundation, patch the leaking walls (which were literally a fountain into our basement during heavy rain), waterproof and back fill. We received estimates from 5 different contractors and ultimately chose Blancos because of their referrals and their professionalism (they were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive). The crew was professional, tidy with the work space and courteous. Communications from the office were excellent throughout. Our job was scheduled for Tuesday to Tuesday. When rain was forecast for Sunday, they spent all day at our place Saturday finishing the job. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
