I was looking for a specific brand of beauty products, Villainess, that is local to the Nashville area. While the Villainess online ordering feature was unavailable due to website updates, Three Times A Lady was extremely helpful by special ordering my products and shipping them to me in a matter of days. Although I can't speak to the rest of the merchandise or visual presentation as I haven't visited the shop, I can tell you emphatically that the customer service is second to none, truly embodying southern hospitality. I spoke with Megan several times about my order and she was effervescent and accommodating, and my package arrived with such a sweet note! I loved the personal touch! Knowing that they carry unique and effective products and employ delightful, customer oriented staff, I would definitely recommend this boutique and I will certainly go out of my way to visit this store the next time I am in Nashville.

I am not a huge fan of the dress for less , but I will occasionally stop in this location . Plenty of parking, well lit parking lot and safe . There are a few other locations in the Nashville area and I do not recommend them . They are full of sketchy people and the stores are always ransacked . I've had two unpleasant encounters with sketchy ass folks in the store and lingering outside in the parking lot . I would describe those locations are scary and really unsafe to shop by yourself, especially after dark .
