I was looking for a specific brand of beauty products, Villainess, that is local to the Nashville area. While the Villainess online ordering feature was unavailable due to website updates, Three Times A Lady was extremely helpful by special ordering my products and shipping them to me in a matter of days. Although I can't speak to the rest of the merchandise or visual presentation as I haven't visited the shop, I can tell you emphatically that the customer service is second to none, truly embodying southern hospitality. I spoke with Megan several times about my order and she was effervescent and accommodating, and my package arrived with such a sweet note! I loved the personal touch! We went in, the nice lady assisting us(1 of the owners) asked my daughter what color dress she was looking for. She told her pure white. The lady proceeded to show us many dresses and she tried on about 6. She found THE ONE!! When she took her measurements, she asked her again what color and was told pure white....she wrote ivory on the paperwork and my daughter signed it not noticing the discrepancy. Now, after it's too late to get a new dress(wedding is in May) they tell us they don't even offer pure white dresses at their store and we should've been told immediately when we arrived. Uh!!! We MOST CERTAINLY WERE NOT!! We had a party of 6 there that day and we all heard her very clearly telling the lady she wanted a white dress. So, just be forewarned, they don't pay attention to details nor make sure they are articulating the same information they are writing down. Read every.single.word. before you sign anything there!!! They WILL NOT correct any mistakes!! You'd be better off going with a corporate owned company. Small places like this have no one to answer to so they do what they want!!!! I knew there was a charge to look at the radio and was completely prepared to pay an hourly rate for the inspection/work but was not given that option. The technician looked at the vehicle in the parking lot for five minutes and came in and told me there was nothing wrong with the radio and it was the best sounding radio he had ever heard. If you had told me up front that you do not perform service work, I would have accepted your decision and not made the appointment. If the technician had told me you do not perform service work, I would have left. Bottom line is you and the technician told me a lie because you did not want to state the truth. Bottom line is your business is not a customer focused business.
