This past weekend, I wanted to order flowers for a small church down on Hoopers Island. Because florists are not open on Sunday, and the church is not open all the time, we had to work out a plan. When I called to order, they were very pleasant and helpful. I selected a spring flower basket and made arrangements with a friend to pick it up on Saturday on her way through Cambridge. No adjustment on price. When bouquets were delivered the bridal bouquets was exactly the same as bridesmaids bouquets same size exactly the same! Called florist next business day ",owner out of country" will call back. Argued they were different and aggressive with no apology whatsoever. Still have not heard from florist 6 weeks later. I met them back in December of last year but was not in need of a farrier then. Extremely skilled professionals who specialize in the care of hooves! Healthy hooves are essential because they support the animal's entire weight and enable them to move comfortably and safely. I will not be using anyone else from now on! I just ordered from them for Mother's Day and feel good about them as their website says they will do no-contact deliveries due to COVID, so I don't have to worry about her safety. This is a great local nursery that specializes in all native plants to the area. I expect more…read moresuccess with the plants I bought because they live here naturally! All the options look very healthy and they have extremely informative large signs with list of detail about how big the plants get, how much sun and water they need and how they propagate. The owner helped me and he was so knowledgeable, listens to what I needed and gave me multiple options with explanations about how and why they will fit with my existing landscape. The price range seemed fair for the quality of the plants and knowledge provided with them. I highly recommend and will be back!

However, I might not have... The service man showed up today yelling hello at the other end of the house, and when I went to the door, he said he was here for the refrigerator.... I was somewhat confused, but told him I'd fixed it at witch time he siad they'll be billing me anyway, and I replied go ahead, and he then told me if I didn't pay it they would take it to collections..... I called the company and was called back... I had a lot going on last week, and my husband had to have surgery on Friday... So if I had the appt and did forget to cancel it, NEVER was I told if you cancel you'll need to pay the bill anyway.... NEVER... I'm 65, I don't need to be threatened by a repair man, as NO ONE SHOULD.... I was told 3 times on the phone that time was spent sending out someone to you that could have been used for someone else.... and I apologized, but this still does notd warrent being charged their service call unless they had sent me something in writting regarding that, and again I was NEVER told that over the phone on the original call... I've been in the Rehoboth Beach/Longnece area since 1996 and Boulevard Appliance has been here longer... They use to be located on RT1 next to Exotic Flowers... I was told this matter would be taken to the owener, and I did request he give me a call... this is not like I did this with intention...

On one occasion my washer was acting up after a different company came to work on it and Boulevard Appliance made it run more smoothly than it had when I bought it. Many more appliances were fixed very well by Boulevard Appliance. Definitely recommend!!
