As a lifelong athlete, Ive always been exposed to knowledge about health, wellness, and balance. Still, maintaining my career and lifestyle left me feeling very unbalanced. Lucy's guidance helped me realize a major source of my lack of satisfaction with my health, and it was far simpler than I would have guessed on my own. I worked with Lucy for 8 months and absolutely recommend her. Like other reviews say, working with her is NOT about solving a two dimensional problem and you're done. Instead, Lucy works with you to go beyond the surface, to get to the root of your issues and empowers you to make lasting changes. And maybe that sounds like ambiguous marketing copy but it's just plain true. Instead of being told what to do, you learn how to actually understand your own needs better, and this alone has equipped me to prevent and solve a lot of troubles that would otherwise have held me back. I cannot stress how much I appreciate her approach of 'teach a man to fish.' It has been a few months since our last session ended but I still find myself using the things I learned with her all the time. Some of the things she helped me with: - improving my communication skills to better my relationship - identifying my own needs- learning how to listen to my body - how to prioritize my needs so I don't burn out - improved my mindset on food/diet - improved my mindset on exercising- I mean my 'active hobby' - improved anxiety. I still have anxiety but looking back on the first sessions, it has improved a lot. If you are looking to improve the quality of your life, go to Lucy. I believe you cannot truly get healthier without coming at it from all angles- holistically- and Lucy was the perfect fit for this journey. I've known Lucy for the last three years and she has changed my life.
