Knowing that I could do all of this work they declined service from this shop. Little did they know the previous owner gave me receipts for all the work they had done. The last work done 13000 miles ago was new pads, rotors, and sway bar. I confirmed that this was true by inspecting the car myself. They obviously tried to scam a couple of women. If you go for a ball joint, they will sell you control arms. They will say, it will be impossible to do the job without the upgrade. They prefer to use their source for parts because they make upwards of 30% on that brand. Lastly, they will charge you $50 for 2 rags and 1.00 worth of break fluid. My advise, go somewhere else for the same price.

This place is always awful, but my last experience with them was the final straw. They have low prices, but that's it. They are very under=staffed, so the person waiting on the counter is also the person doing the tire changing. So you can wait an hour or more just to talk to someone about tires. My last purchase there was a set of 4 tires. I let them talk me into paying extra for the full extra warranty and road hazard protection package. A couple weeks after getting the new tires, a deer jumped out in front of me on the interstate, and I had to brake hard to avoid hitting it. Apparently this caused flat spots on the tires, because after that I had thumping from my tires. I went back to Tire Warehouse to talk to them about doing something about the problem. First, I had to wait TWO HOURS just to talk to someone about it. When I was finally able to speak to someone, he immediately told me tough luck, and the flat spots on the tires were not covered under the warranty. I would NEVER go back to this awful place, even if they were giving away tires.

The first thing that impressed me was that Wesley answered the phone at 3:45 on a Saturday afternoon when we called to get help with our Kia Sorento. In my experience, it can be difficult to get help from a mechanic late in the day on a Saturday. After we told him that our SUV started to hesitate as we accelerated up the hill on the highway outside of Manchester, he invited us to stop by. When we got there around 4:15, he plugged his computer into the car, diagnosed the problem and, as expected, said that he couldn't do anything about fixing it until he got the necessary parts on Monday. When Monday rolled around, Wesley was able to get an after-market part from Napa Auto Parts but it would have cost $300. Wesley was appalled at how expensive it was! Instead, to save us money, he arranged for us to drive over to NY to pick up the parts from a Kia dealer (our car was drivable). Once we had the parts, Wesley installed them in about 15 minutes. And, refused to allow us to pay him for his time! In the end, the repair cost us $150 but could have cost as much as $500. Because of his integrity, Wesley chose to help us out and to not take advantage of us when he easily could have done so. He said that he didn't like that tourists in need are sometimes preyed upon and that it wasn't a practice of his to do so. They then told me on Saturday I hope your car is done. Well Saturday evening I go out after they've said my car is all put back together and all of a sudden my traction light comes on. Then my brake lights flashing call them let them know they still can't tell me when this can get fixed telling me it's safe to drive etc. Then the shop manager tells me to call him Monday morning because he'll know whether or not his mechanic will be back in because he got a follow up doctors appointment after having the surgery which is fine. But then never called me I have to call him at 10 AM tells me well he's still going to be out we don't know when he's gonna be back well you would think with the follow up doctors appointment they would have an idea when he can return to work. But again I say OK as long as I can drive it Go out to drive it in my car stuck in the parking brake can't even move it my husband had to get it out now they're trying to say oh maybe it's the parking brake really because that wasn't an issue Then today I have to go to urgent care because I got something in my finger I go to leave and now my tire is up in to my wheel well. I never had these issues prior to having the work done. I know I did have certain worked on yes control arms ball joints and they said it's all good to go yet this fucking happens I gave them $1329 and now I might not even have a car at the end of us and they already cash the check before I can stop payment.
