First snow of the season and while everyone is scrambling to get their snow tires on, I had the unfortunate luck of a nail thru a tire that needed a plug. A handful of other places couldn't get to me until next week. Brought it to Tire Warehouse and Derek fit plugging it in within an hour or so and I was ready to roll. Super awesome service. Horrendous place. The worst imaginable environment and customer service. Huge waits, with no place to wait. No waiting room, no chairs, just a small open room in front of the counter. This place is always awful, but my last experience with them was the final straw. They have low prices, but that's it. They are very under=staffed, so the person waiting on the counter is also the person doing the tire changing. So you can wait an hour or more just to talk to someone about tires. My last purchase there was a set of 4 tires. I let them talk me into paying extra for the full extra warranty and road hazard protection package. A couple weeks after getting the new tires, a deer jumped out in front of me on the interstate, and I had to brake hard to avoid hitting it. Apparently this caused flat spots on the tires, because after that I had thumping from my tires. I went back to Tire Warehouse to talk to them about doing something about the problem. First, I had to wait TWO HOURS just to talk to someone about it. When I was finally able to speak to someone, he immediately told me tough luck, and the flat spots on the tires were not covered under the warranty. I would NEVER go back to this awful place, even if they were giving away tires. read more

My wife has been doing business here for years. Today, went in for a rotate and balance under warranty, and a check for leaks. They fixed the leak, and performed the services at no charge. You can schedule an appointment on-line. Very convenient. I absolutely recommend. read more

I called for quote and ended up getting a better deal and it getting it done within 20 mins. When they were doing my tires it took maybe 30 mins. Very easy in and out. Nice staff.. I would return for my next set of tires when needed. read more

Went in today to have my tires rotated. The tech. Mentioned that the tires were not wearing properly and should be replace. John the service manager did not miss a beat, he knew they did not have a lot of miles on the. He was able to put 4. New tires on, honored the warranty and did it with-a smile . I've done business with the Claremont New Hampshire tire warehouse for years. I just got home and I tallied up 11 sets of tires that I purchased from this tire warehouse throughout the years. I've done business with other tire warehouses the one on route nine towards Kuehn the one in Rutland. So I'm in Claremont to get two tires balanced and one tire repaired with a plug the manager says I could balance the tires for you but I can't do anything else I said but what good does balancing the tires do if I can't get a tire plugged and he looks at me with this look like duh. What kind of business who sells tires repairs tires mount and balance the tires doesn't have air. I have never heard of such a thing it's just now cash and carry customer supply their own airWhat a farce. read more

I had a really crappy experience here. I called on a Friday afternoon and explained I had 4 snow tires I needed installed ...explained one's on the car were 245/40R19 run-flats and was putting on non-runflats. Was quoted $120. I asked if I needed an appointment ... he said no. So far so good. I showed up Saturday. The guy with a shaved head said $200. He seemed to me like he was having a bad day, or just didn't want to bother with me or wanted to beat me out of an extra $80. The only reason I went there is because they are recommended as a preferred installer with tire rack and I had called the night before. He could have gained a customer ... I'll need a set of All Seasons in a few months. Definitely not going to buy from this guy. read more

They don't honor their website's information. Called to have new tires put on the car, claimed they had an appointment for just coming in. I spoke about which tires I wanted and had a quote. Get in there, and they try to charge $200 more than the quote. I showed them the quote on the website and they said, "we don't do the basic installation anymore. The website is wrong." They finally agreed to do if for that price. They said it will be done in about an hour and a half. We leave. Come back TWO hours later and it isn't done. BUT, it's pulled in their work area. Claimed they didn't know that we wanted the tires put on (cause I got mad when they gave me the bullshit song and dance about the $200 more and said I was going to Keene). Really? Then why did you move the car into your work area? If my husband didn't need tires on his car, sooner rather than later, I would have gone to Keene, or Lebanon or another tire place altogether. These guys in Claremont? Liars and scam artists. Will not go here again! read more

I had a tire that constantly had low pressure. The guys checked it, explained everything in detail, and then replaced the shaft for free. Wow! What a deal and service. Plus they were super kid friendly and let my son draw with chalk on parts of the parking lot. I'll be back in the future. read more

These guys saved me! I had run flat tires and had a big hole in one. I had been to seven different tire shops and each one had said they couldn't patch it or change it. I was preparing to have all four tires changed and spend too much money because I was all out of options but then these guys said they could just patch it for a great price and did so!! I was able to drive the car 300 more miles and it's still fine. Highly recommend. read more
