The front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful. Ramsey will help you understand the pre-adjustment routine which I am most impressed with. She will "hold your hand" through the whole process. She's awesome. Then either Dr. DeLong or Dr. Ropp will work your adjustment. They prepared a personalize at-home exercise plan for me. They also have an app that includes exercise videos and so much more. I came in with lower back pain and sciatica. My treatment plan was implemented in 3 phases.
