She spent 26 minutes complaining about how sad she was about the neurologist comments about her. I sat there in severe muscle spasms, asking her to help me. At 10:56 she put me on her table. At 11:04 her 11am new patient opened the door. I was dressed and out the door by 11:07. I questioned her charges. $62 for less than 10 minutes of treatment? You have to give your credit card before the appointment. If I had to pay at the time of services rendered. I would have questioned the fee. I went to her office to question the fee. She would not show up. She would not respond to me via email text or phone. She did however send the police to ask me to leave. That is when I drove to the courthouse to take Heather Banville to court for services not rendered. I also filed a complaint with the Virginia Department Of Health. I have hEDS. I have been dealing with professionals weekly and sometimes daily since 2021. I have left practitioners. But I have never been compelled to file a complaint and take a doctor to court. I questioned even doing this. It is all I can do to function in a day. I had to pay $60 to request my $62 back because Dr. Banville will not respond to me. The decent thing would have been to call a person back. I would personally find someone else. If you can't be fixed with her four visit protocol she's not the one for you.
