The cost compared to other clinic in the area is phenomenal. This clinic is very busy and the front was full when we arrived but the wait time was reasonable. The staff is always very caring and knowledgeable. They really go above and beyond. Small improvements have made a huge difference as far as the feel of the clinic goes, I really like the online pharmacy and patient portal now.

Over the last few months, my dog had several infections from the original surgery, and my vet determined that his body was rejecting the implanted plate. We tried several rounds of antibiotics to no avail. I finally arranged for Dr. Fields to see him to evaluate him and remove the plate and screws. Today, I dropped him off for this surgery, and it was truly a day filled with concern for my dog and compassion and graciously generosity for the work they did, how the kept me updated throughout the day, and just overall how they treated me and my pup. I am forever grateful. I know there were some new people, but the staff that worked with me previously came out to greet me and welcome me, and they were INCREDIBLE. One came out to share how her dog had gone through the same and gave me tremendous hope that my boy will be running again in a few weeks without the pain he's struggled with for months. I got a consultation with Erin and she gave me a plan that my regular vet never offered after multiple visits. She specializes in hospice and gave me new medications and a special diet formulation. His energy, quality of life, and attitude have greatly improved. His bloodwork is much better as well. I feel very relieved that my dog will have greater quality of life and perhaps greater longevity for how well he is responding. I encourage everyone to look into this for their dogs who might need it as regular vets are not taught hospice protocols.

I had to go here because my pet was doing poorly outside of normal business hours. They wanted $10k to do exploratory surgery on my dying dog. They wanted up front payment of about $1k IN CASE they needed to do CPR-stuff during surgery (and I would be charged $1k more each time it would be repeated). They tried to push my dog into surgery even though they didn't do the full battery of tests that they said they would and they had no idea what was wrong, at all. I think they intentionally tried to confuse me in my distraught state with a bunch of medical gibberish. When I decided to take my dying dog home, they charged me for 8 cans of dog food. My dog died 4 hours later. I do not recommend this office. I feel bad for any pets and people who have to go here. ------ Update to reply to clinic owner's message: Please do not attempt to contact me. I am not interested in helping your business in any way.
