When he told me what he suggested, I said ok, BUT he said I could not be there when it is done. I was very upset, you can't go shopping for a new Vet when your told your companion needs to be euthanized. I had him cremated. Recently my 15 yr old Yorkie stopped eating on a Friday, took her to Dr and he said she had an infection. Gave her antibiotic, by Sunday night she passed in my arms. I'm trying to sway to the side she was old and it was her time. I will never know. I also had her cremated at Pet Cremation Services in Heber Springs/Little Rock.(they are great people to deal with)

Dr. Phillips has been our vet for 5 years; my 100lb mastiff has been treated here for various…read morethings, ranging from cellulitis to hip dysplasia and the care was always top notch. He had to be sedated for x-rays and they took the time to explain everything in depth, which helped to ease my frazzled nerves. I also have a french bulldog rescue that has breathing difficulties and a heart issue that was diagnosed on his first visit and the heart issue has remained at bay with medications and regular check ups. The cost compared to other clinic in the area is phenomenal. This clinic is very busy and the front was full when we arrived but the wait time was reasonable. The staff is always very caring and knowledgeable. They really go above and beyond. Small improvements have made a huge difference as far as the feel of the clinic goes, I really like the online pharmacy and patient portal now.
