David Koch is being reported to the State Bar Association. He even lied to delay a closing, claiming he had an emergency. They canceled a closing just one hour before it was scheduled. He client did not have his funds. I'm sure they were well aware that he did not have funds. Additionally, he agreed to cover the cost of a hotel stay that we had to incur due to his lies From him and his client. The entire office seems to be untrustworthy. Now, after a month, we're still waiting on a cancellation form to be signed by his client. They are telling us they can't reach their client. His client is no where to be found. This situation has been a complete mess. I wonder how much he was paid to be dishonest.
