This man is a saint. First, I contacted Kevin via Yelp over Mother's Day weekend because I was experiencing issues with my transaction. Kevin called me back promptly on Sunday - Mother's Day. It takes a rare committed person to do that. In addition, we had the most abusive buyer anyone could encounter who played unethical wargames by reneging on our contract multiple times. Kevin was there every step of the way, doing everything he could to keep things going. He always returned calls and messages promptly. His staff, Noah, is great too, as the buyer harassed him as well when the earnest money was dropped off. Kevin kept his cool throughout the entire transaction, and was very instrumental in his judgment calls, that resulted in the deal going to fruition. He also very patiently waited at the title company, as the buyer showed up 1.5 hours late with more last minute shenanigans.
