I was happy at first with this place. I got two pieces luggage at a great price. During my vacation not long after the handle broke so I took it back with receipt and the person there said there was not exchange, no warranty and it was cheap brand so there was nothing that they were going to do. If you sell a product you should stand by it. I don't think something that retails for $150 cheap. I will never go there again. I would also advise anyone who reads this to do the same. read more

DO NOT go here. The owner is a cranky old man who does not want anyone to purchase anything. I was going to look at computer bags and he kicked me out of the store because I was carrying food. I offered to put the food down at the counter, and even told him I was only going to look not touch their merchandise. He didn't care and just kicked me out. Seriously, why would anyone spend so much money on rent and inventory and be so rude to a paying customer. This is clearly a case of discrimination. (I was dressed in t shirt, jeans and tennis shoes). No one deserves to be treated as such and no one should waste their time dealing with the ignorant, cranky old man. read more

Good prices, rotten people. My wife has been buying my daughter's backpacks here for several years. I went in today to buy a suitcase with my kids, and the lady (in a low tone) snagged a suitcase from my son and told him to "be careful, I need to sell these",...(these being the ones I was about to choose from). Glad to have caught it because I was able to walk out before buying. I will gladly pay more ( but didn't since Burlington is at the same mall) if it meant not having to pay for anything at this place. read more

This was my 3rd year buying school rolling backpacks from here. Customer service was great and the backpacks are great quality. We still use our rolling backpack from 3 years ago for vacations. But beware because you get what you pay for. We usually pay anywhere between 75 to 110 for a rolling backpack. read more

This store has many varieties of school bags. We bought a rolling backpack for my kid. When we purchased the bag, we asked about the warranty for the bag (mainly for the wheels). The lady in the store said, they don't give one, however, the manufacturer will cover and they will send it to them and get it fixed or replaced as the manufacturer sees it to be fit. She said, keep the receipt safely. 4 weeks after purchase and 3 weeks after using it, the wheels started to tear apart. So, took it to the store along with the receipt. Now, the lady says, replacement is only for unused bags (why would somebody replace? may be people will exchange). This is not covered under warranty. Now, I start asking her questions, she is looking in a different direction as if I am not talking to her or even I am not there. Poor service and terrible attitude. The man who was present in the store when we bought the bag was no different, chasing the kids saying don't touch that, it will break, keep your hands away, really? Parents come to buy bags for the kids, so they would like to touch, feel and then buy. If they can't touch, we can shop online why go to their store? Do not buy from here and also don't believe in what they say when you buy. read more

This place has the worst products and service I've ever encountered. My daughters back pack that we bought here broke...2 weeks after we bought it from this place. I brought it back to the store for an exchange (with receipt) the owner refused to exchange the broken bag. My daughter now has to use this broken bag that we just paid $50 for. The bags are expensive and the quality is horrible. I will never return to this place again. read more
