I explained the first time, my sister had lost her only daughter 4 years ago, so I requested a nice arrangement for $150, delivered to her home 1 mile away. The order was taken, and I was disappointed then, but there was little I could do. Tragically, 2 years later, she lost her only son, yet I trusted Royal Florist again, giving them grace to do a better job. Failed again for my sister and me. This mother's day I wanted to honor her in spite of losing both her only children, and explaining this to the cold manager, she refused to make an exception for this one person, and extraordinary circumstances for one dozen white roses, and a simple purple ribbon. Told me impossible that flowers cost more and she could NOT do that. I asked for compassion as I live in Florida and I am a missionary. No empathy - the best she did was 9, and I was to be grateful. I wanted to always support a small business, and the clerk said they had plenty, however it was the owner who denied the customer care and concern. Lesson learned. Sad - for 3 roses...and so many happy mothers. This not the fault of the clerk or delivery person, rather the cold owner, who could have made a wonderful difference in a sad mothers life. read more

I love this flower shop! This is my go-to place whenever I need to buy any kinds of flowers. But before you go, you can call and make sure they have the flowers you need. Sometimes the flowers are not in season, then you will need to place a special order ahead of time. Price is pretty affordable, and the flowers are gorgeous! I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my friend who had surgery. I accidentally ordered for the wrong day, and when I called, they were able to get the bouquet out in time that day! However, the bouquet did not look anything like the description on the website. I understand bouquets are all based on availability of flowers but it was way off. I also had ordered for a Mylar balloon to be included and they did not add it to the bouquet. I called twice to get a refund or store credit. The person working said they would have the manager call me back but they never did. I have tried calling back and always get a voicemail. Came into the shop to order two custom bouquets. Rosie was wonderful! I gave her an inspiration picture and we worked together to choose the flowers. She really delivered. She wrapped both bouquets for me knowing they were gifts but she went beyond- ribbon, two types of wrapping and, the best part, a plastic layer that held water. It's been years and I finally decided to post my review. This incident happened back in October 2015 and I had this review saved as draft until now. They did fix the problem at the end, delivering the flowers at night with a big complementary bouquet of Hong Kong style flowers and apologized numberous times for forgetting our wedding flowers orders. Though they were very sincere I still feel like it had caused me a ton of stress that was absolutely unecessary. My husband had been going to them to get me Hong Kong style flowers all the time when we were dating, so we thought it was a good idea to order our wedding flowers from them too. Please please please save yourself from not ordering from them for any major events. We Ordered and paid weeks before. Wedding was the next morning. When we showed up to pick up the flowers in the evening, there was NO flowers for us to pick up. Christina, the receptionist doesn't know anything. Said owner Ginger is incharge of ordering but then florist is not at the store and is also "busy" at the moment. So we were left with no flowers the day before the wedding and no time to order flowers. read more

I ordered a bouquet through flower.com for my mom's birthday and received one that's nothing like what was shown from the web. After sending a message to flower.com, their reply was that they have reviewed the picture that i sent and have discussed this with the local florist. They were given a breakdown of the arrangement that was sent. Based on the breakdown that was provided, the order was filled to value the price that was paid for the arrangement (I paid almost $100 for this). Some of the arrangements have no specific stem counts (the problem is not just the shortness of flowers, some of the flowers is dying already) for the flowers but they will be filled to the amount allotted for the arrangement. Please be advised that the amount allotted for the arrangement will not only go to the flowers, it also includes the basket/vase and the greens and fillers that will be used on the arrangement. The recipe was followed and it was arranged based on our florist expertise. The arrangement will look exactly like in the picture but will be delivered as close as possible. They also added some touches and customized it to fit my dad's favorite color. I've been here four times within this year and this place has never disappointed me. The price is quite decent for the outcome of the flowers. (Check out the photos!) In addition to regular and Hong Kong style roses, they also make Ferrero chocolate bouquets and corsage! I gave it four stars instead of five because their Hong Kong style roses wither away sooner than what I expected even though it is supposed to last for "months to years". The result of the bouquet is very inconsistent. Mostly order hand held bouquets for little girls...what I got was large long bouquets...how does that even fit a little girl!? She was totally consumed by the bouquet! Let alone these bouquets are for dance recitals...instead of cute arrangement with glitter (aka Hong Kong style)...I get bouquets as if I was going for a"Get well soon" event or tomb sweeping! How can I bring that to the recital!!!!???? No more time to go to another florist...Ginger the owner is normally not there on the weekend...so what was left for me to deal with was an older gentleman...really!? Very frustrated with the service - I ordered a peace lily for a friend who experienced a loss in her family, based on the picture shown of a plant in bloom with flowers. To their credit, they delivered safely and same-day...but what arrived to her house was a plant with not so much as a flower bud, much less a full bloom. I understand that there's no way for a florist to control when plants are in bloom, but if I'm paying $60-$70 for a single plant, and I've specifically noted it's on the occasion of sending sympathy, that seems like an occasion where making a substitution (or even calling to ask if I'd *want* a substitution) seems like a better option than delivering a pretty unimpressive looking basket of leaves. I called to try and raise my concerns this afternoon and barely got an apology, never mind an offer of a refund/store credit/replacement. read more
