We had some issues with our house. They explained them communicated and we were never pressured. Our house and roof look amazing. They even replaced an old skylight. Aaron and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish on our window installation project. They are easily some of the nicest people I've encountered in the industry. Being new home owners, my wife and I were anxious about such a big install but Aaron was helpful and communicated with us regularly during the 2 month manufacturing wait. We had 18 windows installed including 2 sliding doors. The installers were respectful and clean. Install was 4 days and they worked from about 830am to 3pm. No complaints but just be aware that if you have alarm sensors on your windows you will need to put them back yourself. Also any chipping around the trim will need to he repainted by yourself or another professional. Otherwise, the install went smoothly and we are happy about the better insulation in our house for the upcoming winter months. read more

I met Jim at the home show at a Rockland Community College. He told me he would give me a call to set up a free estimate. The next day him and the owner Aaron were both at my house for the estimate. Got a call one evening. They had been doing work in the area and offered to give a free estimate. I accepted, got a call from Aaron and it been all uphill from there!!! First Aaron called to tell me what I could expect, when and from whom. Then he came by, gave me an estimate and went through the financing process with me.
