Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and correspondence in this Agency. I called in April to inform them that I have decided not to renew my policy that was set for automatic renewal on May 18th so that they did not deduct the renewal amount from my account, mind you I had already paid for that current/last month. They canceled my policy affective the day that I called in which was over 3 weeks before that policy actually ended. Meanwhile I am thinking my business was covered till Mid May. I did not find out my policy was canceled (4/17) until May 6th when I received a letter. When I called in they insisted that I canceled the entire policy and refused to see their error. They insist that I requested an immediate cancelation, instead of a renewal cancelation, mind you we went over the date of cancelation to verify the correct date. I also called in and spoke to Adam in early may to verify the renewal had been canceled since I had received another bill for payment, he verified that the renewal was canceled and never mentioned that the entire policy was not even active. He is now trying to say that I never used the words "renewal" which makes no sense because I read to him the notice of renewal "title" and yet he is still saying that I used the wrong term to him and to the first girl who originally canceled me. He even got caught up in his words and said "you wanted to make sure your next months renewal payment did not come out of your bank" That was his opportunity to tell me, why would that happen if the policy is no longer affective, but he never did. So to sum it up I called in April to stop the renewal and verified the date of cancelation being on 5/18/2024 and instead the girl canceled my policy as of 4/17 leaving me with NO insurance for the last 3 weeks. They refused to admit their wrong doing and worst, or at the very least say it was a communication error but instead they insist it is all my fault for not being more specific for them since they put it, we have cancelations all the time so we just assumed. Why would an owner make such a ridiculous request to cancel a policy that was already paid for leaving them with ZERO insurance coverage! The lack of accountability, even if it were human error on their part is shameful and to double down and blame the customer is absurd. This is just my experience and I cannot recommend them unless you have the time to double and triple check their work and communication otherwise their error is all the consumers fault. read more

I was insured by State Farm for 6 months and had the WORST experience. At first they were really friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that I was a first time driver and I had no clue what I needed in a policy nothing of that thing so I had a LOT of questions. I think I got them tired that I some point they stop answering my calls. My first payment rolls around and everything was great the next month, underwriting (which I didn't know what it was ) my bill goes up, I lower my coverage to save some money but the bill rolls around and what did I see? It was still the same amount. Called to ask why I was being charge almost 500 extra , I was told since I made a change to my policy there was a charge for that ... anyways I was also told to "no worries you'll get your money back" (which I never did) . My policy went up alot more after I had an accident (I know it was supposed to go up since it was my fault) I tried calling multiple times to make some adjustments to my policy to lower my price again. No one could help me , the agent that took my call said "well if you get a better price at a different company just switch , but there's nothing we can do for you " I understand that customer can be difficult to deal with I work customer service my self and I really tried to be as nice and patient as I could to avoid giving them a hard time. But they need to understand that first time drivers don't know much about this stuff. I ended up switching companies and the last straw with them, I ask the for a letter of experience they told me to wait 3 weeks for it. I waited a month and nothing . I had to call the 1-800 number the representative had to send them a reminder ( keep in mind I tried calling them after the month and NO ONE answer) one more week past by until I finally got it .
