They removed our old bannister and installed a stunning new red oak bannister, which they carefully sanded, stained, and finished to perfection. They also painted our existing risers and side skirts, and even custom-made a beautiful square bottom tread and riser that really completes the look. Arnold's installers clearly took great pride in their craftsmanship. Their attention to detail was noticeable from day one. From the careful removal of the existing bannister to the precision cuts and painting of the new one, we knew we were dealing with the best in the business. Not only that, they arrived on time every morning during the five-day installation (even on a Saturday), worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving each day. They were professional, respectful, and an absolute pleasure to have in our home. The end result is flawless. Our staircase looks better than we ever imagined. Edwin presented me with a bid that fit well into my budget, and allowed me the flexibility of choosing each item within the project, which allowed me to spend more or less money on each particular item, depending on its level of importance to me. He waited patiently for me to figure out my financing, and was ready as soon as I wanted to start my project (Aug 2014). The project was completed in 2.5 weeks, a little longer than I expected, but Edwin was very detail oriented and wanted to complete every aspect of the project to the best of his ability. In the end, I understood why the project took longer than projected, and appreciated the time and effort he put into my project. Edwin provided good feedback along the way as I was selecting products, and following his advice resulted in a bathroom that I absolutely love.
