The Dr. failed to recommend phototherapy or oral treatment, nor a follow up to see if the creams had worked. I have recently had an appointment at a very modest neighborhood clinic (elsewhere in the city) where a biopsy, phototherapy and oral treatment were just suggested and carried out all at once.

I don't understand why they even bother to make appointments earlier, it is ridiculous. There is an Argentinian doctor here that is way more efficient. Also, there is no parking, so you may have to park far away on top of it. It feels like she doesn't care about her patients and does this just for the money.... Very sad!
