From our initial contact with Mr. Alberto Tito Diaz, Emma, Becky, and Joe Martinez, each team member made the process understandable and comfortable in making this investment in not only our lives but our home. Joe made it known to us that he would get down to business and would offer and close quickly and let me just say that was true to the T. Joe was notified of a home we wanted to view and possibly buy and within an hour locked down a viewing time for the first date the following day. We viewed the home and told Joe "we want make it happen, let do it!" Joe said no worries I'll get it done. Within a few hours of placing our offer Joe contacted us let congratulate us on being the winning offer, we could not believe it as the market has been competitive during this time. Now I want to speak on Joe Martinez, after being denied on our 3rd home and potentially putting off our dreams for a home until a few months later, Joe called me and spoke to me for over an hour and discussed many options. Joe ensured that with our great credit and buying power there was no reason we should be getting denied with our offers and would see it through that the next home we dreamt of buying he would do what was necessary in making the home ours. Joe took the time to explain the many options all while taking our finances and our best interests in mind. The work ethic he displayed along with his team is unmatched and we look forward to working with Joe and the Sun City Home loan team for future purchases and will continue to push his name out to family and friends. The house was not finished when I moved in. I had workers at all hours of the day coming and going to complete it. Interrupting my work since I work from home. The times that we agreed on were hardly ever honored, they would just show up whenever they felt like it. Trying to get them to fix any issues with the house took so much energy. Here is a few of the issues. I can't list everything because it would take me all day: - My house smelled like sewer for about 6 months. Just imagine that. It took that long for them to find the issue. But of course, it came with months of nonsense, like, "maybe it's your cat litter" among other excuses. In addition, I had to deal with their damn attitude every time they had to come and check as if I was lying about it and inconveniencing them. - In the summer, one of the rooms is extremely hot. They have come so many times and still can't fix it. I closed on my house in March of 2022. It is now January of 2025, but honestly, I have given up. - My driveway looks like sh!t. Even though my real estate agent told them that was very badly made when he did the walk through and they agreed to fix it, I had to fight with them to fix it. But that's typical for Saratoga. They finally agreed to 'fix' it, however, the man that they sent left the concrete wet without any caution tape. Before he left, I asked him to secure the area, of course he didn't and of course people stepped on it. The same man came back to fix it again. This sidewalk fix was ridiculous. It still looks terrible and the layer of concrete this man put is breaking. - There was a leak underneath my sink because they did not install the dishwasher properly. The leak was very minimal, so I did not notice until there was mold. They sent someone to repair it, and guess what, the man covers the mold with a piece of wood. Are you kidding me? - The rock that goes outside the house was only partially installed. The man doing the work just left and never returned. Called Saratoga and told them this was never finished. They sent someone else to finish. By this time, it was already about 5 months after I closed on the house. The rock started falling off after a year of closing on the house. They had the nerve to tell me it was not covered because it was after the year. Yes, but you did not finish the work until about 5 months after I moved in. Again, had to fight with them to get it fixed. - In July of 2024, a pipe underneath the concrete broke causing water damage to 2 bedrooms. The pipes only have 2-year warranty. Unfortunately, this happened 5 months after the 2 years. So, I am SOL. The thing is, this should not be happening on a home that's 2.5 years old. I had put a bad review a while back, but they agreed to fix the driveway and AC if I took it down. Well, I did, but they did not keep their end of the deal. AC is still not fixed, and driveway still looks terrible. And now I got to deal with water damage from a broken pipe. So no, they deserve every bad review they get. In addition, they should be fixing their mess regardless. They should not be asking people to remove a bad review. I will finish this with something I thought was hilarious. Saratoga had the nerve to send me a letter asking me to refer friends and family. My friends and family know of all the issues I've had. I would never refer anyone to them! I guess they are desperate for buyers. What they should do, is make it right for those who they have harmed, instead of asking for referrals. I have not even gotten an apology from them. I hope this company disappears and they get everything they deserve for taking advantage of people.

I generally call the bank to ask simple basic questions and all the time I received wrong information. If I call a second and a third time, I will get a different answer for the same issue. The staff and even the Supervisor are not at all qualified and skilled enough to provide good professional service. Today I was on the phone from 2h00 pm to 10h00 pm (8 hrs) and spoke to 13 persons. Only because the first employee called Colin made a mistake, I did not want to give up lodging a complaint and report him to his superiors. I wrote down all the names of the people I spoke to, Supervisors included, and how long I was on the phone. It is a disaster! I plan to write a letter and mailed/fax addressed to the the President to share my experience. The people I spoke was too lazy to spell correctly their own names and provide the name of the CEO and President. Unbelievable from a bank! Yes i got a mere insignificant compensation of $75.00 for my 8 hrs glued on the phone but that was not what I was looking this morning when I woke up. I never imagined that my Saturday day would start that way and would last harshly 8 hrs. I would highly recommend you to call twice the bank and ask at least the same questions more than once. You will be surprised what you will get. Good luck!

When the tenant left this year, there were several things that were damaged. If Tom had been doing his inspections regularly he should have notified me so the tenant could be held accountable.
