Replaced a shower enclosure where the tiles were falling into the wall. They removed all the tiles, the old glass enclosure etc. Repaired and installed a new shower and glass enclosure. Hoping this will save others from making the mistake that we did in choosing LuJo Floors in Davenport off of HWY 27 to do our floors when we first moved into our new home. We moved to Davenport in July of 2020 and had new floors, baseboards and countertops installed by LuJo Floors and they did a HORRIBLE job. The workmanship was complete shit. It's been less that 4 years and our floorboards are separating and chipping. Much of our baseboards have fallen off the wall. See photos as proof. We started seeing things fall apart less than 1 yr after they completed the work. We called them back when we first started seeing bumps and notches in the floorboards - they fixed that but when we called them again for the baseboards they wouldn't fix it because it had been more than one year since the work was completed. I know that this type of work should last more than 2 or 3 years!!! We are beyond pissed and frustrated. We spent over $15K with them and this was the quality we received. For anyone looking to install new flooring I strongly recommend LuJo Floors in Davenport, FL. Not only did they have the best prices, their installers were absolutely amazing. Javier and William were so professional and knowledgeable. They were on time every day, treated us like family and were in love with our two kittens. The job was more than the expected because of the hidden porcelain tile that had to be jack hammer removed but they didn't hesitate. I would give this company a ZERO if I could. Jose sold us floors that he said would support my disabled husband's power wheelchair. We purchased the floors and had them professionally installed. After about a month the floors started to crack and break. Our homeowners' ins, adjuster said the floors were not right for a power wheelchair. Jose refunded us half our money but refuses to refund the balance. It's been over a year now and we need the balance of the money to purchase the proper flooring. Seems Jose cares nothing about the disabled. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!! read more

I went to a number of stores who provided me estimates which were outrageous and or just weren't interested because it wasn't a big enough job. I went to Lujo floors and found the representative to be professional and very helpful. I gave him my measurements and he called me back the very same day (Saturday). The estimate was reasonable and the quartz was beautiful. Within the week they measured and installed the next week. The installers were professional and the work was outstanding.
