The resurfaced cabinets completely transformed the space, giving them a fresh, modern appearance without the need for full replacement. Paired with new countertops, updated fixtures, the kitchen now feels elegant. The updates elevated the aesthetics. In addition to the main renovations, the team managed the installation of new light fixtures, fans ,chandeliers, sinks, mirrors, shower fixtures and sink fixtures that I had purchased separately. They went above and beyond to accommodate delivery directly to their store, ensuring the items were received safely and remained undamaged. Andres, in particular, provided outstanding support throughout this process, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The special projects were also executed with creativity and precision. What stood out most was the company's clear communication, punctuality, and dedication to completing the project on time and within budget. Every member of the team was courteous, respectful of the home, and maintained a clean, organized workspace throughout. I highly recommend Carpet One and Home to anyone considering a remodeling project. My wife and I just moved to celebration from NY. We were looking for an update on our flooring and design and I must say we were not disappointed. The materials this location has is very different than their competitors and we were able to get a quote that fit our budget. They even have installers as well! Wonderful job. Ernesto, the owner, has now installed (2) wood laminate floors in our home that were not installed correctly resulting in water damage. He used a product the 2nd time that was not recommended by the flooring manufacturer & they clearly stated they would not warranty it if he did not use their product. So now my floor needs to be replaced again & Ernesto has not answered any of my calls or emails for the last (2) months so t will evidently have to try to seek relief and recovery through the court system. Buyer beware!! Ernesto does not pay attention to detail on the installation. CarpetOne Celebratiion will ignore you and they do not stand behind their products. read more

These people saved my sanity. I have been doing a theater renovation in my rental property and have had difficulty with some of the contractors. Thus, I was looking for a flexible contractor who could meet my short deadlines and work around other contractor schedules (I was willing to be flexible on which carpet they could get in quickly, and had great choices) I worked with Ernesto and the process was SEAMLESS. From accommodating my budget and being knowledgeable, to having the carpet arrive when promised, being able to install quickly, and doing a great job with installation, everything was literally perfect. They did everything they said they would do - such a rare find in these COVID times. It has been more than a year since Carpet One installed our wood and ceramic brick floors, but it might be a good thing that i waited to accomplish this review. At the time i had promised to leave a review, since our impression was an overall positive one, but now we have the benefit of experience with the product too. First off, the manager comes across as honest and straightforward. He was not pushy, and everything he said turned out to be true. "They are wood floors", he warned, "they are not indestructible and will get scratches, but if you take care of them they should last a very long time." He referred to the minor damage, which is inevitable, as a testimony to our life in our home. He told us how to maintain the surfaces, what to use, and what not to use on them. When his team came to install both floors, they were professional, efficient, and courteous. They didn't bat an eye when we asked them to re-accomplish small sections that we felt did not look quite right. In the year since the installation, I have visited the store again, looking for advice on water damage caused by a broken pipe, and shopping for new improvements for our home. My experience has been the same every time; friendly and helpful service. I place a premium on trustworthiness and feel that this place measures up. After more than a year of dogs, cats, and grandkids our floors do have some minor scratches and scuffs, but still look great. And of course, the ceramic brick in the kitchen still looks the same as the day we bought. I highly recommend this business. read more

We had a terrible experience with them when we installed wood floors in four rooms. They don't understand the first thing about customer service. I would caution anyone considering them for a project. You might buy your product from them, but don't use their installers!!! read more

Purchasing experience was fine. ...until they have your money! I tried to confirm install and no returned call. Had to call 3 times to get the guy. Then, once the "installers" arrived, not surprisingly late, the real issues arose. These guys do not know how to install carpet. There are visible seams at every juncture. And gaps in places along the walls! Horrible, sloppy install job. Plus, they wanted to skip padding on one of the rooms because "it looked new" to them. Hello, I paid for install and new padding! On top of that, the installers were super rude. I was working from the kitchen to stay out of the way and had my background music on - they came in and put their own music on ...blaring mine out. What the what?? Then, some third guy, who isn't working with the crew (one of their buddies), just shows up for a chat...twice! Get your friends the hell out of my house! I could almost overlook the rudeness of the install was done right - but it's not. Unbelievable bad experience. Go elsewhere.....run! read more

They did a compete rip and replace of a 1400 sq ft condo. Carpet and tile coming out replaced with engineered hardwood and tile in bathrooms. The installer was high quality (over 10 years experience...it showed) and the materials came when promised. The installer wasn't happy with some of the boards, so ordered an additional box to ensure the floor installation looked perfect. I've worked with other installers who would have just installed what they had and moved on, CarpetOne cared to make sure the job was done right the first time. These guys stand behind their work. read more
