Once I had arrived, people where friendly and the place looks very beautiful. There's relaxing music on as well. My nail tech remembered my name from the night before upon making my appointment. My nail tech was extremely helpful and very nice and knowledgeable. Their products are organic and odorless. I had done powder dip for the first time and I love it. The owner reccommended my wife to get a follow up 5 weeks from her first appointment but she didn't have enough hair to wax so she asked to move the date out and the owner stated that was her "one and only complimentary reschedule" regardless that it was done two weeks in advance. On the second reschedule date, it started hailing on her way to the salon and the owner belittled my wife and told her she refused to reschedule another time and that she should pay a fee because she wouldn't drive through a hail storm. I've attached a picture of the amount of hail we received along with the life threatening weather notification. Michelle, I'm sure you are great at what you do, but to keep a business running more than just a few years, a bit of empathy and basic respect for your customers lives would go a long way. Imagine expecting people to value getting a wax more than driving through hail storms. Even if it wasn't for the life threatening part, you're expecting us to damage our Porsches so that you get money for a salon appointment instead of rescheduling at a safer time.
