On two occasions they helped me out of a bind. The first (a few years ago) they repaired my car and drove me back over the bridge to my house and repaired my car in a timely manner. The second was just about 3 weeks ago when I called them and advised them that I had an oil change in NJ an and drove 4 hours to the Cape and noticed my car was smoking. No oil cap! I was so lucky I didn't burn out my engine, a neighbor got me oil and cap. Ray and Oscar looked it over to make sure it was safe to drive back to Jersey.
