At the last minute they refused to give me a lift in the tow truck even though they knew it would mean leaving me in the dark, on the side of the highway for another hour for another company to be called. These people are awful careless and lack basic moral integrity. Eventually had to call 911 and get bailed out by the police tow. The guy who came immediately knew which company had left me stranded--they have a terrible local rep. Everyone local apparently knows these guys will hang you out to dry. Any posiive review on here is a reflection of an interaction with a kind employee --or more likely fabricated by the company to offset the slew of one star reviews. But you CANNOT trust these people. The company DOES NOT CARE about your safety and will pretty much mock you openly if you seem concerned. I have never left a negative reivew of anyone before. I felt a moral obligation to warn people away form this place because as the sun went down, and 16 wheelers blasted by 10 inches from my smoking car, and my phone battery died, these are the people who left me on the side of the highway to spend the night.

I was not notified at all or given any choice! I was contacted by Coweta Co. sheriffs dept 4 days after it was taken to this facility. The rude employee told me I had to Fly there to bring my ID and title! Absurd! I contacted the police dept and of course they said that was not the case! I emailed the police dept those documents. Then I was told I had send an original notarized letter stating who would be picking up my Dump Trailer. They will not accept a fax or email. They are collecting $50 a day so they're making it as difficult as possible for me to take possession of my Dump Trailer. I call a nearby towing company that was much more pleasant to deal with for them to pick up the trailer. I notify Bucklers and they said No that towing company is not allowed on our property!!
