These guys are the biggest scumbags I have ever met. I got there and this baby face kid saleskid, who's old enough to be my son, immediately comes at me with the monthly payment game. The payments they put in front of me (after doing the math) were based on a 10%APR! I have a fico score of about 750, top tier credit. He said he's never seen anything below this apr for 72 months. LIE! INSULTING LIE! the higher the intrest rate these rats can charge you, the bigger the kickback check from the bank! When I called him out on this BS intrest rate scam the asked manager comes over and tries to get me to sign a sales and purchase agreement to run my credit for a lower rate. I refused and he said he can't run my credit app through the banks without it! Who the hell in sound mind would sign a purchase and sales agreement without knowing the intrest rate? Also these scammers were trying to charge sales tax on the sticker price, not the Sales price. They also were double dipping on sales tax by not honering the Massachusetts tax credit you get when you have a trade, which significantly lowers the sales tax paid. That's called stealing! What a disgusting group of scam artists! The truck I was to buy was filthy in and out and had trash in the bed. Totally unprepared and unprofessional. These are the most insulting people that you could ever deal with! If you are an educated car buyer they will not sell you a car because they know they can't rip you off! These people pray on uneducated people and people with fair to poor credit. This stealership is a disgrace and gives all car dealers a bad name! These people will insult your intelligence upon entering their doors. Stay away from this place and shop elsewhere. I'm also going to report them to the IRS and have them audited, I can only imagine the thousands in customer tax dollars they pocketed charging tax on sticker prices instead of sale prices, plus the tax money owed to customers who traded a vehicle and didn't get the proper tax credit deduction! Shameful! I am one man that you should never have insulted or offended with you old school sales scams. If you go here you will overpay thousands!
