During that time, my PS5 somehow became separated from the other five items without anyone informing me that it was no longer being extended. The PS5 was in excellent condition, had its original box, a headset, and three games. I was later told it had been pulled and sold, then returned, and eventually resold. What bothers me most is how easily this apparently happened while I continued coming into the store and making payments. Nobody stopped me and said, "One of your items is different. "Monster Pawn got caught--now look into Cash America next. Same neighborhood, same kind of concerns. I'm dealing with it firsthand right now.
