They had a full bar serving a variety of beers, wines, and spirits, with a signature drink called "the transfusion". The transfusion was vodka based with juices, it not only looked like blood, but came in a "blood bag" that you drink out of. Very cool idea to go with the theme of the film. The seating was comfortable and lighting was amazing with the stage full of candles. Very romantic setting. The orchestra was fantastic! What a great experience. They had a 20 minute intermission. Unfortunately, the gym had no working air at all. That said, the unit in my room worked very well, and the ceiling fan over the bed made a big difference in keeping things cool overnight. The studio layout was thoughtful, with clean furniture and a comfortable setup that made it easy to settle in for a few days. The property is set back from major roads, so it was nice and quiet throughout my stay. The breakfast bar was well stocked and about what you'd expect. Staff were friendly, transparent about any issues, and genuinely apologetic where needed. The entry and lounge areas were also nicely designed and welcoming. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The suite is great if you have toddlers because the large pullout sofa bed is comfortable and you and the kids rooms are separated by a door. 2. There were enough outlets around for me to plug my many things into without having to use an extension cord. 4. The TV had our name on it and a lot of the streaming apps already available. 5. The complimentary breakfast area was spacious and the food was good. Nothing really stood out specifically though. It was your typical waffle maker, scrambled eggs, cereal, and coffee type of bar. Looked very clean though. 6. The nice sturdy crib was a plus! 7. The recycling bins in our room was an unexpected pleasantry along with the neat trash/recycling bins in each hallway. 8. If you forget an item in one of the rooms and can't drive back to get it, they can ship it to you. I left my 10lb laptop bag with cables, hard drives, etc. Through FedEx I got it back in 4 days. Cons: 1. The master bedroom was not the biggest space. I didn't have a ton of trouble getting around but it just would've been nicer to have more space. The living room area was spacious though. 2. Although I eventually got my lost item back, it wasn't the easiest process. At one point they told us it wasn't there at all. It took hours for someone to confirm the location of my laptop backpack. They should have walkie talkies to improve communication 3. There's not a lot of good shaded parking spaces. So if you're coming in the summer, be prepared! Your car will become a sauna! 4. The bathroom door was waaay too close to the toilet. You basically can't open or close it all the way without hitting your legs. It was EXTREMELY frustrating! They really need to fix that. We recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn Rochester Airport after arriving on a late flight before…read moreheading out on a family vacation to the Finger Lakes. While our stay itself was what we expected from an airport hotel, I wanted to specifically recognize your manager, Chardonnay Jeffries, who made a lasting impression on us. We checked in a little after 10 p.m., got settled in our room, and ordered a very late dinner. When I came downstairs around 11 p.m. to pick it up, I noticed Chardonnay had just arrived for work. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming and told me to let her know if there was anything our family needed during our stay. The next morning, we came down for breakfast a little after 9 a.m., and I was surprised to see Chardonnay still there. She was moving nonstop throughout the breakfast area--refilling food, bringing out fresh carafes of coffee, cleaning up, and making sure the 20+ guests eating breakfast had everything they needed. What really struck me was realizing that she had been there for nearly 12 hours at that point. Despite what had obviously been a very long overnight shift, she remained friendly, professional, attentive, and continued taking care of guests with a smile. I don't often take the time to submit hotel feedback, but Chardonnay deserves to be recognized. It's easy to provide great service at the beginning of a shift; doing it with the same energy and professionalism after nearly 12 hours is something else entirely. I hope someone in hotel leadership--and Marriott, if this feedback reaches them--takes the time to recognize Chardonnay for the effort she puts into taking care of her guests and the property. Employees like her are the ones guests remember long after checking out.

James came to my parents house to photograph me and my bridesmaids, and his assistant (so sorry for not remembering his name!) went to a hotel suite to photograph the groomsmen. James did a wonderful job with the photographs! He was very personable and knew exactly the pictures I want. During our ceremony, he got great pictures, and I don't even remember seeing him taking the pictures! He went above and beyond with the places where to get our pictures taken. We pretty much put it all in his hands and didn't have any idea where to go. My favorite picture is when James stopped traffic so we could run and get a picture in the middle of a street! In the end we had over 650 pictures! He gave us a jump drive as well as a photo album of his favorites. They are also hosted online. It has been great showing off the pictures and reliving the entire day! I definitely recommend James Kenneth Studios!

We needed to ask after editing to change some of the songs plus add some shots that we remember him shooting but did not make it in to the video. We just recently viewed the video on our 4K TV and realize the video is only 720p and looks like a home video. Plus some of the audio is delayed in relation to the video.
