We came here to get…read moreinspiration and to check out some lighting IRL instead of just me imagining through Pinterest. We wanted some statement lights over our dining table and kitchen counters. I don't understand why there are such low ratings here. I'm sure many people here are just browsing, and I rather have a sales rep give us the space and only come to us if we need help and seriously find a piece we're considering. So I have no issues with how no one really came up to us. There's a lot of lighting, but personally, not enough contemporary/modern lighting to our liking. We did take some pictures of the few we liked that are more contemporary-inspired. However, we don't love it enough to pull the trigger. The prices for the lighting are very high for the ones we looked at, about $1500 (for that round chandelier) to $5600 (Criss Cross silver lighting). We liked the look of the round chandelier the most. To our surprise, our neighbour has the same one. So loses that unique appeal. Also don't know how we would change the light if it burns out? Lighting is all personal preference. This trip nothing really screamed "this is the one" for us. If you're into other design themes like traditional, industrial, mid-century modern etc, you may find there is more to your liking than the modern/contemporary styles here. I still recommend to check it out though for yourself if you're in the market for lighting.

I was so fed up with the incorrect measurements, faulty blinds things kept having to be returned because they had measured incorrectly; terrible consultation. We were renovating our home for the first time in 16 years as a new build. We had Olympic Kitchens do our kitchen, I would never trust these newbies to take on anything other than picking a paint color. Even THAT was a challenge as she kept trying to guide me into the beige/ taupe world when I kept stating that is EXACTLY what I don't want. It was exasperating to keep reeling her back to my needs. If you want a house that looks like the twenty other kitchens they've done then go ahead and check them out. Zero originality, stuck in a box. I would never recommend them. Going local isn't always a good thing when you're paying $$$$ for reno's you want top notch and originality. You will NOT get this with this company. And I have to add that every time they messed on something they would try to blame it on every other thing other than taking responsibility. Hello! YOU took the measurements it's YOUR deal. They were so upset every mistake they made one and went into total denial. Of course they fixed it because they knew they HAD TO but the theatrics of how " they've never done this, or,they've never had this, or this has never been the case before" started wearing thin. I specifically came inn today for. $$2,6k over sized acrylic and glass coffee table, as well as a $3k chandelier for our foyer, however... due to the reaction and all those free /unoccupied employees walking past me, on the floor and in the back in the dales area, next to their office. Let's start with the customer service: Vanette is the most friendly, down to earth, and amazing sales associate I have spoken to in a long time. As another retail employee, I model my service on hers. I spent probably 15-20 minutes just chatting with her - she didn't make me feel pressured or unwelcome in any way, which is much appreciated (and to be honest, can be rare nowadays). I appreciate the good customer service. I am more of a mid century modern guy while this collection is very contemporary. However, I still like a lot of their things personally (huge, gorgeous live edge acacia dining table made me wish I had a bigger apartment). TL;DR: this store has out of this world customer service and a very nice collection. Vanette really deserves to be recognized as she is outstanding.

I want to share my experience with this company: I ordered…read moremany products to build and outdoor kitchen and received the shipment. But my contractor could not install it due to some unforeseen circumstances. When we opened the boxes months later we noticed that the refrigerator was missing. I did not expect anything from the company since it was my fault most probably that I did not check the shipment correctly or the refrigerator was stolen or something else. I still contacted with the company just to ask them if they could check if they sent the item. They checked and confirmed that it was sent. But surprisingly they sent me a replacement free of charge as a compliment. The customer service by BHARATI was very timely, effective, courteous and responsive. She called me and sent emails enough times about this ticket and for other purchases I placed later and a couple delivery problems. I don't know about the products' quality or durability as they are still not installed but I am very confident if I have further problems the company will stand by their products. Overall, great company, greater customer service and greatest representative.
