First of all, I do not believe it was 'screened' because there were just too many large clumps throughout!! Some of those clumps were the size of small melons and rock hard. Because of all the required time spent on breaking the soil up: I totally regret and will NOT return to Bells for anything. It was a waste of money. Yes, I did call them to complain but they did not seem to be concerned with my disappointment.

I offered to pay half the cost of a new tree and they said they would give me a proposal. No proposal given and now they are unresponsive. I would avoid them for anything other than Christmas tree which they seem to be good at

They're very helpful with assistance loading up the vehicle, and great help with selecting plants, and shrubs. Also have wagon carts for you to use to load up your items. I did have store credit one time for well over a year and as long as you hold onto the receipt, they continue to honor it. If I remember correctly, they also warranty shrubs for one year. Overall pretty satisfied with service and selection of plants. My most recent experience here was exceptional. They really try their best to be attentive to their customers.

Francine was very knowledgeable about the indoor plants and her husband was very knowledgeable about the outdoor plants. They recently got a shipment in of more rare indoor plants including little thai constellations and Shiveriana moonshine. They had huge boxes that were about to be unpacked full of all sorts of beautiful pots to put your plants in too with regular shipments of new plants and pots and decor. I love going to Weston Nurseries because they make everyone feel like a garden expert. Their staff are helpful and friendly and if they don't know an answer, they'll find someone who does! I was very pleasantly surprised to see their huge selection of perennials had been laid out alphabetically this year!!!!! No more aimless wandering looking for astilbe in the middle of the hellebores or sedum. The prices are a bit higher than other local shops or big box home improvement stores. However, aside from two of the mini plants I bought from the clearance section that died, I have never been disappointed in the quality of things I've purchased there.
