Impressive from the beginning. Responsive to emails and phone calls. The owner came a few minutes early for quote, so we weren't waiting around. All contact was timely (surprisingly, this was not the case with other companies we contacted). He was thorough, friendly (no nonsense or salesy pitch though) and relatively quick in assessing the project. He gave us an on-the-spot estimate which was fair and reasonable and a bit lower but in the same range as others we received. We had trees and bushes (20+ years old) removed including their roots, and other larger trees trimmed (at least 2 truck loads chipped). The owner and crew arrived early on the day of the project - and the owner was onsite throughout. Midway through, one of the crew asked about tree height along the property line for the more mature trees - really appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism. They were amazing and so affordable! I had a Buckthorn tree in the yard that I wanted removed. It wasn't huge...about 15 ft. tall and about a foot in diameter, but very messy with berries everywhere. There was a group of many helpers. They were like busy bees. Got everything chopped down, stump removed, all mess from the removal, and also the mess made by the tree removed in about 15 minutes. I asked if they could also cut down branches of the same type tree from my neighbors yard that were hanging over my property...so I wouldn't have a new Buckthorn growing in my yard. They did that also within the 15 minutes, or less that they were here. Then they raked the area, and it looked as if there never was a tree there to begin with. Perfect! And... the cost of removal was MUCH cheaper than I could have expected. I cannot recommend them enough! read more

Had several estimates for two large trees that needed trimming. This company gave me the best price. Alex came to do an estimate. He examined the trees and explained exactly which parts of the trees needed trimming and how they would trim them. They are very professional and thorough. They arrived on time, brought a large crew and completed the job quickly. They moved the patio furniture out of the way as they were doing the job and put everything back in place when the job was completed. Cleaned up the lawn, left everything just as it was when they began the job. The trees look great. I would highly recommend this company. I had these folks out yesterday to trim a large Maple & 2 trees in my yard, one was hanging over my house & another in the rear of yard. Both of these were hanging over AT&T lines & an electric one that I share with my neighbor. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work, the safety taken with the lines, the cleanup & professionalism of the crew! It was magic to watch. It was a big job done at a most fantastic price! We gave Lulic one of the biggest residential jobs they've ever handled and they knocked out all 10 80+ foot tall dangerous trees in a day and a half. They are professional, skilled, efficient, prompt and charged significantly less than other estimates we received. I've had them out several times. They do great work, fast safe and courteous while working. The only thing I can say is the scheduling is very last minute. I usually call for service, they'll "get me on the schedule" but it's just a ballpark estimate. I'll usually get a call the day before they plan to come. Other than that - no complaints. read more

I am not sure why they are not showing up as a 5 on my review because I gave them a 5. I am also hiring them again. My brother hired them to take down a huge huge maple and he was very happy with them. It was close to a garage and no damage was done, it was such a big tree that was like a big bush of maple trees it took 7 guys 7 hours. read more

Fast response to my initial contact. The crew that came out were professional and quick. They cut down two trees that were blossoming. Very professional, fast and clean team.. They removed 4 big elm trees, very close to the house, access was not easy, with many branches directly above the roof.
