I've been a regular customer for 10+ years and have loved watching their business grow. I regularly see Kim W. for eyebrow waxing and she is so talented---a true artist! She always makes me feel comfortable, beautiful and happy. I look forward to my appointments with her not just because of how it makes me look but because I love just chatting with her! I've also tried the 'lash lift' with Kim and love it, I couldn't believe the difference it made. Last week I had my very first facial ever with Kim and I was totally blown away, as soon as it was over I was thinking of wanting to book another appointment. I did have a very slight problem and could not have asked for a more professional, courteous and caring resolution. I have found that you find out the true 'core beliefs' of a business when something doesn't go as expected and The W Spa has once again proven to me that they truly care about their customers. That kind of experience only reinforces my love and loyalty for them. Today I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Lisa Jo and I left feeling amazing. Lisa Jo is such a kind person, so genuine and caring and her massages are out of this world. Worth every penny! I also look forward to seeing Lisa Jo simply because she is so wonderful to talk with. I have compared their prices to other places and while I think some things are a bit more expensive there, I have found it to be worth it. The spa is beautiful, peaceful and immaculate. The way she finds the problem points and their releases would make Indiana Jones jealous, and the way she uses her skills to paint a portrait of heraling on the areas she works is miraculas. In 3 treatments over the last 8 days I went from hardship in basic daily activities to able to return to my PT. She has been a true angel for me and has a loyal client in me. Her passion and love for massage and helping people to heal shines so bright and truly plays into how excellent she helps you feel. Side note she found a problem area since I was a teenager and just worked it despite my being their for the other things. That awareness and care really sets one apart. Sadly, I later heard from another of his former clients they were told another (more slanderous) story about why Neil was not with the salon anymore. Another lie. If the salon owner did not value his employee, that's one thing. Just tell his clients you don't know where he went. To spread awful rumors and lies about him is unprofessional and truly awful.
