They had an awesome 50% off sale and I walked out with three beautiful items including a striped long sleeve shirt and a beige 100% wool long sweater with warm colored stripes, both of which look different than anything I've seen for purchase online or in any other stores. I also got a nice pair of green khaki shorts I can wear hiking or as every day casual digs. The sweater is so beautiful and warm with high quality wool that doesn't itch. I immediately went back to the boutique to request a refund, only to be told that they don't offer refunds--just exchanges. I did look around and there was nothing else that I really wanted. There were no visible signs or notices anywhere in the store indicating their no-refund policy, so I asked if they could make an exception since I was from out of town. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee called the business owner while I was standing there and proceeded to discuss me in front of my face, saying things like, "Why didn't she try them on in the store?" First of all, I've never heard of trying on earrings before purchasing--not only is this unsanitary, but it's also incredibly unhygienic and unreasonable. The entire experience was beyond disappointing. The staff's attitude was rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise thinking twice before shopping here!!
