I was racially profiled while shopping and was even contemplating not making my $150+ Purchase. The idea that anyone of color has poor intentions is outdated. Be careful who your staff illegally incriminates; I don't look like Karen... I am intelligent and understand the legal ramifications that I could pursue but will instead settle with leaving this google review. Overall having previously (10 years ago prior to my college degree) worked in retail I understand that there is a certain "look" that certain stores in the area consider alerting all staff for loss prevention. The racial profiling of a "look" is outdated and must require policy change and continuous reeducation. So I went in because they had a eyelash extension demonstration and a massage demonstration with Shylo and Carly from LifeSpa at Lifetime Athletic Club. ( I didn't know the spa was open to the public) so this Lululemon store is filled with light and kindness. The people working where kind and helpful, they asked me lots of questions to figure out what I needed. They gave me solutions to my needs, and I bought the first pair I tried on. The great, quick and helpful service you'd expect from a Lululemon! The store seems to always be busy, and the sales-associates are always willing to help make sure customers are completely satisfied with the product. I'm not from Jersey, and I've noticed that people here are quite rude, but these sales-reps understand great customer service and really try their best in my opinion. No complaints. read more

What are you going to say about this store other than it stocks really beautiful things and you might possibly want everything they stock. The employees really love talking to the customers, the sales girl that waited on us today was just lovely & knew everything about what they stock. I didn't really have any questions but that didn't stop her from telling me every single thing about the pants I was looking at. Clearly she enjoyed her job & liked talking about the products she sells. I tried a few things on, the young fella working the changing rooms addressed me by name when checking up on me. Again - very friendly. I only purchased one thing today, but I'll be back when I'm ready to get into winter mode. If I could give zero stars I would. I have shopped at Lululemon for years at several different locations and different states I've lived in. This location is a joke. I have never had so many issues with one store in my life. They couldn't be less accommodating. Each time I go there it is something new. The owner of this branch should be ashamed of how they have trained these employees. I understand following policies and rules but also understand we are paying customers. Whatever issues I have with them, I get in my car drive 25 min to a different location and NEVER have the same problem. Save yourself, avoid the headache and frustration, and go to a different location. read more

Lululemon is a great store in so many different aspects. Here's a few reasons why. One - The quality and design of the clothing is top notch. I love buying stylish workout clothes..it makes working out that much more fun (at least for me!). Two - Lulu gets involved with the community by promoting local yoga studios, gyms, fitness/health events, etc. If any events or new studios/gyms are opening up Lulu will post on their in store cork board. Three - Free workouts! Every Sunday at 9:30am Lulu features a local yoga studio and holds a one hour practice in the store. The store is pretty big and can hold a lot of people practicing (at today's practice there were about 30-40 people). Also every Wednesday there is a run club that meets at Cooper River. I have never participated but I believe the club is for runners of all levels. Four - Facebook account is very active and informs public about special events, featured yoga studio of the month, run club updates and new clothing styles. Any negatives? Sure..the prices of the clothing are high however the pieces I have bought have endured many workouts/washes and they still look great! read more

My favorite part about lulu lemon is their support for the community. They not only work with local business, have features canvases of local athletes, but they offer community yoga classes every Sunday... FOR FREE! When was the last time you saw any company, especially a chain do so much for the places they set up business. The clothes at lulu or stylish, chic and can easily transition from the gym to the real world. My only complaint about lulu is the prices and sizes. Women and men of all sizes should be celebrated and encouraged to stay healthy and active. It is disappointing that they are so limited in what they offer for curvier women. read more

Wow, the only Lululemon in south jersey. Living in Chicago has really spoiled me with several Lululemons for me to frequent, especially for deals. I came to this store last week as I was in the area. I had been looking for Speed Tight Full-On Luxtreme pants for months. I was only able to get one in my size with a color I didn't want in fear that they wouldn't have anymore coming in as the season has changed. Luckily I found the size and color I wanted on sale! I recently lost a gift card that I had received to Lululemon. Losing a gift card is definitely like losing money, in this case $100. My hope was that I had misplaced it and would one day stumble upon it, but I was making myself crazy searching for it. It was suggested that possibly since the card was purchased using a credit card, the store might be able to find it in their system, and then determine whether or not it had been used. When I contacted the Marlton store, they were very helpful, but were ultimately unable to find the card. They suggested that I contact the corporate office. I did this, and they, too were extremely helpful, and very sympathetic. Ultimately the card number was located and it was drained. They asked what I wanted to do, and I said that there seemed to be nothing that could be done, and I thanked them for their support and help. A few hours later, I received an email from Lululemon's corporate saying that they were upset about what had happened to me, and that while they could not replace my card in full, that they would be sending me a gift card via email for half of the one that I had lost. This was beyond my wildest expectations, but the card appeared within 24 hours. I just went to the Marlton store and had a very pleasant shopping experience. The store personnel was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I left with exercise wear and a smile. This company is terrific! read more
