Ok I admit that just 4 years ago I had no idea who this company was. Fast forward to two teens, one female and one male. I'm very aware of their pricey, but super quality brand. I have shopped stores from coast to coast. The location is somewhat newer for Virginia Beach Town Center. Parking is free off street or nearby parking garages. The area outside has always been tidy. I have probably shopped with my kids around a dozen times. So I will compile experiences which are similar. The styles and designs are for a younger demographic that is a slimmer weight. They have athletic and dressier items. The company roots are in athletic clothing. The products are approximately 90% women, 10% men. So I'm out on the skimmer category. But really any age can enjoy their clothing. They are pricey, make no mistake. A single legging for ladies runs in the $100 neighborhood. For men the same with pants. They do have a sales rack to check. It's often slim pickings. Service 100% always 5 star. The staff is trained well and will bend over backwards to be helpful to customers. Also always super friendly and attentive. I have to admit they are trained to sell too! So you may be browsing and make a purchase. The store is always 100% 5 star clean and organized. The staff has very tight control over the the tidiness of the floor, changing area and checkout. Products and quality always 100% 5 star. LuLulemon makes it a company policy to bring quality to what they make. They also stand begins with a unheard of return policy of no receipt required and limited warranty period. Who else does this? I was in absolute dire need of new workout clothes (along with the motivation to actually workout). Since I was already in the area, looking at smell good bath stuff (for after working out, of course), I popped in here to take a look. Firstly, the employees here are very welcoming. That's such a bonus when I already felt apprehensive about trying clothes on. I have so many family members that shop here, I thought I'd give it a try. However, it seems the biggest person shopping here is maybe a size six, so I'm feeling extremely self conscious (the brownie batter cookie from Crumbl Cookies I devoured earlier didn't exactly help). But I took a good look around and finally settled on a nice workout jacket which was on CLEARANCE for the low, low price of a hundred dollars (yikes!). I also bought a new yoga mat, also on clearance, for forty dollars. Thankfully, they have discounts for nurses, military and EMT. Maybe this will give me some newfound motivation to get my chubby, size ten cookie eating self back down into the single digit clothing sizes again! read more

I'm a little torn on this one. Their prices make me want to forget this store even exists and give it a low rating out of spite. I resisted getting anything Lululemon until this year when I was needing something new for the Shamrock Marathon. I had something called a "Fit Session." I let them know it was my first Lululemon shopping experience and they gave me a tour of the store and then set me up with a dressing room containing all their tops and bottoms that would work for race day. I think this may have been the longest I've ever spent in a dressing room. They helped me with sizing and their advice/feedback felt more l was shopping with a friend instead of with a salesperson. Unfortunately, in between my visit and race day, COVID shut everything down and the race was cancelled. I've still been loving my clothes throughout quarantine. I reach for them first when they are clean and in my drawer. As much as I hate the price tag, if you get a lot of use out of your athletic wear... it may be worth it for you. Gah I can't believe I'm saying that. If you're lulu-curious I think that the Virginia Beach store is an excellent place to check them out. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I visited in March right before things shut down, but they were still careful about social distancing, not shaking hands, etc knowing how the virus was already affecting other parts of the country. read more

Lululemon clothing is very high quality and it shows in the price. There is a sales rack but the price can still be pricey. But overall it's a great store at Towns Center. read more

I really love this Lululemon location. It's my favorite by far. They usually have plenty in my size, even on the sale rack. During my last visit the inventory was a little more scarce and repetitive than I usually expect from this location. The staff is very helpful but sometimes not the most welcoming or friendly. It usually varies from employee to employee. I don't typically notice any employees who fit both bills. Overall, good location, clean and offers hand sanitizer. My daughter was given a $250 gift certificate to Lululemon when she turned 16...confession time--she is 27 now and we ran across that old gift card the other day. It still worked! There was about $125 left on the card, so I thought I would try and snag me a couple of pair of leggings. The prices cause sticker shock! I can't say I was a fan prior to this gift card, so maybe I was just not in the "know", who knew one pair of leggings would just about equal the amount left on that gift card. I went and got a pair anyways...and I GET IT now. These leggings are so soft and they are well made. Size DOWN! They really do run big. I love the feel of these pants and I like how they hold me in. Would I pay this much again for another pair? I don't think so, but I am glad I got the experience of owning a pair. read more

This is a nice Lululemon. I just visited another in Austin, TX last week with a good friend and this one was larger and more well decorated. This location is convenient to the free garage parking so it's a quick jaunt across the street into the store - there is also plenty of street parking too depending on the time of day for your visit. I came in later on a Thursday evening after work so the store was pretty much deserted - two of the employees helped me with what I came to find - specifically the street to studio pants and the in flux rain jacket. I found them in my size and tried a few on though they didn't have the exact colors I was hoping to find. The two gals who helped me were friendly and personable and I love the layout of this store - the decor is nice - the fitting rooms are spotless and there is much more space for trying on clothes than I thought there would be. I am here at least once a week. This store is amazing! Everyone is incredibly sweet and helpful. You could ask 100 questions and they are always happy to help! I always find myself talking fitness with at least one of the girls every time I make a trip in the store. If you don't own anything by lulu I highly suggest you give it a try. It may seem a bit pricy, but it's an investment. The stuff lasts forever, and if it ever does start to fall apart, you can bring it in and the girls will do their best to help you out. Here are a few suggestions for running/HIIT/weight training:: *Speed Short (I get SO MANY compliments on these shorts) *Energy Bra, 50 rep bra, Free to be (Wild) bra, Freedom bra --the last to are for my smaller chested ladies *holla!* *Power Y tank- this is a great intro shirt to lulu. It's fitted with a built in bra (although I wear one anyway if I'm running/jumping),its basic, and the material works for any type of workout. After that, it's up to you to explore! There's literally something for everyone here. Just know though that once you buy your first piece of Lulu you will never buy anything from anywhere else. It's an addiction. It was super exciting to have an actual lululemon athletica open at Virginia Beach Town Center last October 2014. The grand opening weekend was welcoming and it was great to meet the staff, many of whom came from out-of-state. Over the next few months, my friends and I attended yoga classes at lululemon taught by instructors from local yoga studios. This location is much smaller than the ones in Georgetown and Tyson's Corner, but it's the right size for Virginia Beach...if you know what I mean. The quality and style of lululemon are unbeatable, but it comes with a high price tag. It truly wicks away moisture during and after workouts. I also love wearing lulu while running errands because it's fashionable, yet comfortable. To protect my investment, I'm particular with washing my lulu gear in a cold, gentle cycle, with no fabric softener and then air dry. So...I just need to set some money aside for the wunder under pants that I've been wanting! read more

I've always loved this store and how they care for their customers. Been shopping here for years. I came in wearing my sweaty fast and free pants which I just noticed a hole in them while working out nearby. Figured I'd come in and see if they were returnable. They allowed me to exchange on the spot no questions asked. I had planned on going home to wash them (gross) but thanks guys!!! They are expensive pants but they stand by their product. Over the years I've owned probably 20 leggings from them and only had to do this exchange twice. As long as they carry the pant they will exchange. I can't find better workout gear anywhere. Performance and feel is everything and it's an investment worthwhile. Now with COVID, they've extended their return/exchange to sale items too. Their store is clean, everyone sanitizes and wears masks and they're so kind; even to cranky customers. read more

I'm a lulu newbie, but I was recently gifted a pair of yoga pants (thanks Timmy T!) and needed a different size. All the employees that helped me were super friendly and helpful... I guess that can happen when you get to wear relaxing yoga gear to work ;) I ended up getting a pair of wunder unders (wow, they make your ass look fantastic, btw!) and came back a few days later to get them altered. They were ready about a week later and look great! I only took off a star due to lack of communication (the pants were there but they didn't notify me, I only got them because I had called) but that's kinda minor. On certain Sundays they have free barre or yoga classes led by local instructors and they are available to the public which is pretty nice! I'd recommend this store if you're looking for some new gear and have some cash to burn :) read more

Love lululemon clothes, but this store lacks customer service. Whenever you call, you get an answering machine. This is very inconvenient especially if you want to put items on hold, make a purchase over the phone, or have a quick question. The staff are not welcoming and personable. I do not feel like a valued customer there, which all lululemon stores should do because the clothes are of high quality. They are sticklers, stingy to the point where I feel every action is being watched. When I was checking out, one of the sales associate was whispering to the sales associate who was helping me in regards to my purchase. Not quite sure what the issue was, but it made me feel uncomfortable. I don't feel welcomed at the store. I give 3-stars at least because the store is clean and lululemon clothes are straight up awesome. read more

Love love love LuLu . I popped in randomly one day and have quickly become a regular shopper here. The clothes are amazing quality and so fun! They are always changing and new items are consistently coming into the store. The employees here are so kind and helpful, and I never feel judged being a curvier woman. They are very family friendly with a basket of toys for the little ones in the fitting rooms. They also offer free yoga classes, but I have yet to attend any of them. Hopefully soon! read more

My husband said honey I want to show you this store Lululemon. It's supposed to be a great to get your workout clothing. The front door was open and there were lots of people in there. We walked in and started to look around. Literally was there for 30 seconds and one of the employees came over got right in my face and said "we are holding a private event" now normally I would not have a problem with this but she saw both my husband and I come in at the same time and only spoke to me. I am Puerto Rican and my husband is German.
