Wandered into this Old Navy bc I was having a photo shoot this afternoon with my daughter and I needed to try to find a cute denim dress or something in blue for my vision. They had probably a half a dozen cute dresses that fit the color and scheme I was looking for. Prices were super fair (as expected) and I found a few cute things for my 12 month old daughter as well. Store was clean, line moved quickly, and staff were very friendly. I like their new cash-back rewards program with your phone number and they have coupons and rewards the more you spend. It's budget friendly and isn't the highest quality - but it def. hit the spot this time and I plan to stop here when looking for cute baby and toddler clothes in the future bc they had a ton of options and some great sales. read more

I'm luke warm on the Old Navy chain. I'm personally not a fan, but my daughter is. I have accompanied her on many occasions. My most recent was with my daughter to get clothes for camp. The store was organized, however had dust bunnies on the floor. No staff went of there way to assist during the 30 minutes plus span we were shopping. They offer a lot of variety at a more affordable price point, I give them that. Checkout was smooth, but the staffer was flat. All in all an above average visit on my daughter finding what she needed. Unfortunately customer service was below average. A 3 seems to suit them. read more

Budget friendly shopping for the entire family. Sales and merch availability are hit/miss, so is stock tidiness; it's common to see clothing on shelves and tables thrown every which way. Did spot some men's apparel for 75% off (shorts for $10, ss button up shirts for $8). RANT WARNING: I HATE the way they place sale signs on a table YET only the bottom articles are on sale, not the articles 3 inches above it on the same table. Today's visit was for online order pickup. Waited in line 10 minutes only to find out there was a separate online pickup section. Clearly, more store entry signage and instructions are needed, in addition to floor signage throughout the store. Probably wouldn't hurt if employees were more engaged in customer service, maybe, I don't know, speaking to us, "hi" or "are you finding everything ok?" or "anything I can help you with?" instead of goofing off on comm's with one another. Free parking in shared mall lot, close proximity to store. Dressing rooms are closed bc of Covid. Check out lines have floor signs requesting appropriate distancing; cashiers did quickly wipe counters between customers. read more

There are so many sales a this location.. the staff is helpful and they try their best to accommodate your needs. If the item you desire is not available at this location, they will call other stores to see if the item is available or order online All online orders ship site to store for free. Shipping is free for orders $50 or more. This store offers many deals in addition to sales many times you can have an additional 10% off with military discount and or get cash back bucks that are called super cash. On addition I think the clothing is good quality and retains its shape and color after wash. I do highly recommend their active wear. read more

When approaching the store the distinctive smell of skunk was evident and it continued all throughout the store. I did make a purchase due to the great prices for pjs and children clothes. The store was over stocked. And checkout was slow. But the sales were good and worth the wait. Good. read more

I hate to say this, but the customer service I just received at this location was horrible! There was an online return 3 pack of racer back tank tops(the only one) hanging with all of the other racer backs that the signage clearly marked that they were 60% off. The sticker on the 3 back read $29.99. At the register they rang up full price and when I questioned the cashier and offered to show them the sign she made contact with the manager who countered with she would only give 50% off! It's disappointing that they didn't honor the 60%-no sale! I will think twice about returning to this Old Navy location in the future. read more

I think this might be my favorite Old Navy in the area. Every time I come here, the store is always clean and neat and everyone is super friendly. My most recent visit here was today and I was looking to redeem my Old Navy Super Cash. I've been needing new clothes now that I am back in the office a few days out of the week. I can always count on Old Navy to have stylish, work appropriate options to choose from. I didn't realize how many things I had picked up and they we're starting to get heavy. Luckily, Paige saw me struggling and offered me a shopping cart! Check out was quick and super easy. I'll definitely be back. I know the Pembroke area has seen a ton of changes lately but I'm hoping that this Old Navy is here to stay. read more

Like going here for back to school shopping for some teacher staples aka shoes! Love the prices & cute styles of the shoes. Employees are nice but I must say, this store is a mess like 80% of the time. Seems like employees just ignore it because no one wants to clean it up. I see and know why ratings aren't the best for this Old Navy. It's conveniently located at Pembroke Mall, front and near the center. It's your typical Old Navy. Nothing spectacular. I got lucky today though and got this floral dress, normally $39.99 on sale for $15. Hey spring! I also got a work out tank. Anyway, onto to the bad - what-in-the-awful-customer-service is going on here? The girl who rang me up was, how do I put this in words I use... so stank. Such a bad attitude. one stop shop for your summer wardrobe? Perhaps. They have a huge inventory of items for men, women, and babies. For the most part, the items are pretty inexpensive. Perfect for those who don't want to break the bank. Ideal for a college student with a limited budget. While individuals of all ages can shop here I do think it skews a bit young, maybe under 30? I purchased a few cotton tees here a couple of years back and they haven't fallen apart yet. I don't know if all of their items are this durable. In fact, I was here recently to see if I could find similar tees but found nothing. At the register, I was very surprised to see the regular sized candy (not jumbo) at the steep price of $3-the same candy that cost a dollar or less in grocery, convenience, and other mall stores. They are very serious about closing on-time. I recognize that this is great for the workers and they deserve to leave on-time. I got in there pretty late, not really realizing the time until the manager came around announcing the 15-minute warning-I rushed to the dressing room. The countdown warning made me a bit anxious as I rushed and found some of the lights being turned off while I was in the dressing room. Honestly, instead of making a purchase I almost said "forget it." but I didn't. I went through the line, one customer behind me. I exited the front door at exactly 6 p.m. The staff and managers were all very nice, very friendly. read more

The reps at the store were very pleasant and helpful but the billing customer service was extremely unprofessional. They took a double payment out and totally gave me the run around getting reimbursed. The check finally came over a month later and when deposited it bounced. I was out that amount and a charge from the bank. Once i finally get reimbursed i will cut up the Old Navy card. read more

I have to say, I love this store more and more each time I go. Always stock up on the 2 for $5 flip flops for the summer, only this year they are $1.98 each - even cheaper! My rainbow collection is getting pretty ridiculous at this point, and I love it. I always find the cutest children and toddler clothes as well for gifts and if you're really patient, get yourself to the back of the store where they have clearance prices on top of clearance prices. Think $20 piece of clothing for about $2 on average. Not only is Old Navy affordable, I always genuinely like their stuff. The colors, the patterns, the simplicity. And yes, the outrageous deals. read more

Every time we rounded a corner somewhere Pretty much telling us we should leave. I've been realized even if they had what I was looking for, I don't want them to have my money. Extremely dissatisfied with this store and just fed up! There are discounts posted all over the store, but they are the worst to understand and follow! I wasn't trying to be on an expensive shipping spree. Was just trying to have a little retail therapy and get some deals! I pick out 4 items and think I have the discounts right. As usual I add up what I think my total would be and go check out. It rings up way more than I thought. I get my receipt and purchase and walk around the corner to look at it as not to hold up the line. 3 or my 4 items did not have the discount I thought. I walked around the store and checked the signs and took pictures to double check what I thought the discounts were. I found an employee to ask who not only could not take the time to actually listen, but basically told me it's not their fault he puts everything out as it states when delivered. Apparently position of the signs tell you if that means articles to the right or left and I was wrong. Then the $6 baby onesies that at regular price are 9.99, one rings up correct but the other that says "party animal" on it is apparently excluded since it is a holiday onesie... the employee said like "Christmas parties"... not a single Christmas decor on this thing. (See pics below) the store is a scam with discounts and pricing! Trapping you into thinking pure getting a deal and then hoping you don't notice later. I'm over it! read more

I love Old Navy. They are the more affordable line of clothing among their sister stores- Gap and Banana Republic. They usually have good deals. I like the Pembroke location better than the Lynnhaven one because a) it's less of a fuss to park and access the store b)the staff at this location knows how to do military discounts. I'm not sure why some of the staff at Lynnhaven don't know to do this. I've noticed some inconsistencies in training and knowledge of performing discounts/price adjustments at both locations. Come on Old Navy tighten up with your consistencies in training. Maybe Old Navy frowns upon or discourages encouragement of price adjustments. I don't know. But guess what? They do price adjustments. It's as simple as them scanning the barcode on your receipt to provide you a refund if deemed so. The register does the work for them regarding this. I know Old Navy is hating me now for sharing this tip. If you have your receipt you can bring the receipt within 14 days to receive a price adjustment if the items you have purchased goes on sale. Just make sure they scan each receipt you have. However, I'm still confused about how, if you did one price adjustment on an item already why you can't do it again if the price changed again. It is called a "price adjustment" after all. Ex: the item was 30% off and when you originally purchased it it was 25% off so you get the 5% difference right? Well the next day I get a text from Old Navy informing me that everything in the store is 40% off today. Well then shouldn't I get an additional 10% off ? It's still within 14 days. I remember that there were insane sales that went up and down and it allowed me to get those price adjustments again. They didn't this time, but after I left broken-hearted and a bit perturbed and still questioning the inconsistencies and the manager telling me once I've done a price adjustment I can't do it again. I looked at my original receipt and my price adjustment receipt and noticed that not all my items had been price adjusted. This was due to the day before the shorts I had purchased were not on sale, but today they were for 40% so I walked back in the store to show the cashier. The manager was there and I know she was irritated with me, but I calmly explained to her that how did i not receive a price adjustment on the shorts and other items today since they weren't on sale yesterday. I informed her I understood about the dresses not being price adjusted because they were already adjusted from yesterday. I explained to her I wasn't price adjusted for everything. I asked her if she could just try it again. She informed me I was getting $10+ back. I never really received an apology, but a response of "I didn't realize she didn't scan all the receipts. I got you covered." I don't recall her telling the first cashier to scan all the receipts. She said you just scan the barcode, but if she already got a price adjustment it won't do it. Word to the wise - just ask them politely to cscan all your receipts or to just try it. Also sometimes you can use your military discount on top of certain discounts it just won't tell you until they ring it up. Overall it's not a matter of who is right or wrong in this regard, but a matter if you don't know just try it or find out who knows or create some employee reference sheet so everyone can refer to it so the customer doesn't lose out on their rightful discount. We all work hard for our money. I just ask that I please get the benefit of the doubt especially if I had an experience of getting price adjustments done before. read more

I've been to this store several times since it has opened. It has improved someone though. There is no direct mall access which sucks bc old navy could have definitely afforded it so if it's pouring you're shit out of luck. Usually there are messy piles of clothes found on the tables, sometimes on the floor even, the racks of shoes and accessories are a hot mess, the add ons that are placed throughout the check out line are tossed about with random socks or shirts that people have placed there because they changed their mind...anyways, today I had to return an online purchase. The store didn't have its usually pile of clothes thrown about looking like a teenagers room but it definitely could've used some work. Only 1 cashier with 4 people in line and at least 4 other workers on the floor. Keep in mind this is a weekday before noon. In any case, cashiers were very friendly, only one was wearing a name tag, both had on plan white shirts and easily could've been mistaken for a customer. Other than the name tags and ear pieces you wouldn't know any better. Came back later to check out, now 3 people at the register, the one girl still has no name tag and I waited in line for a good 15 -20 minutes. By the time I left, there were 10 people waiting in line behind me.Compared to pass experiences this is an improvement unfortunately. I wouldn't recommend going during any big sales or Black Friday. Last Black Friday the line was literally wrapped around the store. 2 stars for the attempt to improve. read more
