Lululemon in my mecca. I'm used to the Los Angeles / Orange County ones but really loved the friendliness and convenience of this store. I visited this store one day during a vacation back east. My family and I are thinking of moving to Wayne / KoP so I was 100% thrilled and convinced it was the place for us when I saw this Lululemon. We drove past it but I [politely] demanded we turn around and go back. I had to check it out. It was extremely well-stocked and everyone was so friendly. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to maybe being a regular shopper there someday. :) read more

Is there anyone more excited about Lululemon opening in Wayne, PA than I?! Yes their clothing is not cheap, but their flattering fit, durability (mine has yet to loose shape after 50 machine washings [but line dried]) and great, practical design (almost) make up for it. Their collection is also very versatile -- I wear them for running, pilates, tennis, golf and weekend lounging. If it's your first time checking them out, try their most popular Power Y bras & tanks (which come with bra cup inserts for those who might need/want it) -- chances are you will love them as much as Lululemon's loyal followers. Some of their pants can be a tad low-rise but with varying styles you should be able to find what you're looking for. (TIP: Check out the sale/loot section on their website, where you can find items from 20 to 50% off + always free shipping (something they started a few months ago, thank goodness)). Also, their clothing runs very small, so do not be surprised if you have to go up one or two sizes ... even the mannequins wear size 6s. This Lululemon location is perhaps the best one in the area considering A) they have items in stock B) the staff is friendly and helpful C) and surprisingly knowledgeable D) it's a bit larger than the other stores and they will open up more registers if it gets busy. I would normally go to the KOP location but after going there a few times and realizing the staff had no idea what they were doing, I decided to look elsewhere. Yes, this location is a bit further away from where I live and the parking can be a little tricky, but it's well worth it. If you're going to spend a few hundred dollars on clothes from Lululemon, you should get someone who is helpful and knowledgeable on the brand and style. There're also a bunch of really great eats in the area that aren't chains so it's a good spot to go spend the day at. Parking: Decent sized lot but it's normally full with customers read more

Lululemon in Wayne? My wallet started sobbing as soon as it heard the news. Having grown up with the original Lulu in Vancouver, I can say that this store is still the #1 choice for yoga pants, comfy hoodies and running shorts. Best part is that they offer complimentary hemming (a must-need for my short self!) and free Sunday morning yoga at this location. read more

I cannot rave about this place enough. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating -their service is top notch and by far the best in the Philadelphia area. (I don't even bother going to the center city or kop locations!) Love the products, but not the customer service of the employees at Wayne & Suburban Square lulu stores. Especially disappointed w/ shopping experience today at the Wayne location. Employee (maybe a manager?) with short brown hair seemed imposed upon when I asked questions about different styles and details of tights. She was extremely curt and made shopping there much less fun than it ought to be! read more

One of the worst experiences I've had with customer service ever at a Lululemon. I had a $70 pair of yoga pants I needed to return, bought recently, and were too large. I was told that I would be unable to return these pants because "there was no way to tell if they had been worn, so they couldn't resell them". I would HOPE they aren't selling yoga pants that have been returned. The woman, who claimed to be a manager, was cold and standoffish, and when I told her that I would be unable to wear these $70 yoga pants, she just looked at me blankly and gave me back the pants. I will never return to this store. I will not go back to a store that does not want the customer to be 100% satisfied with the product they are selling, especially at a place like Lululemon, where their policy is to make sure the customer is happy with their purchase. Additionally, the salespeople were all fairly unfriendly, and the floor was extremely dirty. Lululemon is great - this store, however, was very disappointing. read more

The experience I had in this store was the worst retail racial profiling I've encountered. After entering the store with my young daughter to return yoga pants, I perused the aisle to see if I wanted an exchange, versus a flat return. Sally, the manager asked if I wanted to put my large lulu bag on the counter, ostensibly to 'lighten the load'. I have never, ever been asked to put a bag on the counter while I shopped. Disgusted, I decided not to spend my money in the store and just wanted to effect my return. Sally took the pants out of my bag (all tags attached, receipt included). After returning the pants, Sally asked if I wanted to keep the bag. I said yes and before she slides it back to me, she looks inside. If I didn't think I was profiled before, I knew then. I took the bag, turned to walk away and stopped. I approached Sally and directly asked her if she looked in my bag because she thought I stole something. Of course she denied it but was clearly clueless about how her actions translated. I NEVER write reviews but this experience was so jarring and unnecessary, it cannot go unsaid. read more

I love lululemon clothing, as well as their philosophy behind their products. However, I've had repeatedly received sub-standard customer service at this particular location, such as not even being greeted when the store isn't busy. The icing on the cake was when I wanted to exchange a pair of pants that I received as a gift for the same exact pants in a smaller size. I had the receipt, tags on the unworn pants, and everything but it was from a different lululemon store. The manager of the store was helping me and she was quite rude/unpleasant and going on about how it was going to be very difficult to make the exchange, despite everything I read on the general website about returns and exchanges. On top of her general demeanor, I guess the pants I was exchanging were now on sale, so the manager told me I would have a store credit that I had to use that day. No problem, I could definitely put it towards something else or get a head band or something. But then the manager says never mind, they're just going to match the original price. I found it very odd, why tell me that I'm going to have store credit and then change your mind without explaining the reason? I won't go back to this location. I go to the King of Prussia lululemon for everything now where they are very helpful and very friendly, and it's not even 10 minutes away from Wayne. read more
