The employee assisted finding me a pair of stretchy waisted slacks that I brought into the fitting room to try on. Funny that they write on the fitting room with a marker identifying who is occupying it by first name. The pants fit well except for the length, although free alterations are included with a purchase of clothing at non discounted pricing. The slacks were $148.00, so it better be included. Love the soft fabric of the Lululemon brand but going to wait to but at the Lulu outlet. read more

The employee helped me find a pair of Align yoga pants for $118 and for that price I have to fall in love with them to make that type of purchase. I'm gonna wait for a lower price at a Lululemon outlet. The store is pretty much split between men and women's clothing. read more

This store is located in the same shopping plaza where I take Pure Barre classes. I knew that everyone talks about this brand been in the store several times the service and product seems underwhelming. So finally I take the plunge and buy a pair in classic black. I even go by the salesperson suggestion on my size. Well I am here to tell you nice leggings due to the Lycra content black is really an off black. Would I get another pair? Unfortunately, we were 2 minutes past closing time; however, a male associate was glaring at us right behind the door... Was planning on coming back but they don't seem too friendly here. I wonder if this location is why the Lululemon stock constantly tanks? Sure, it's no longer family owned, but the corporate owners have done a great job of keeping cutting edge, comfortable products in their stores. I'm not really sure why this location has such a poor rating. I've been to this location more than a few times, it's my local store. I've always experienced good customer service here. I understand this location limiting their capacity due to covid, it's not a very big store. I'm happy they're open! The staff know about all the varying styles, fits, and fabrics. Last time I came in, the girl who rang up my items made sure I knew how to wash my leggings and knew which leggings to wear for certain activities to keep them looking their best. And they probably don't want to be rude when a customer tells them there aren't any mens mediums out for their customers. The rudeness of the staff here is unbelievable. I own a business and always try to give excellent customer service, but tonight Jan 27th at 8 pm when I arrived with my daughter purchase a jacket I was blown away by the exceptional service given to me by a young female sales associate. My experience in this store has taught me valuable lessons that I will put in practice with my associates. This review is based on the customer service that I received at this location. The second I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful soul name Toni! She was so sweet and helpful. Her energy really shines. She is a very ambitious personality and really went out of her way to make sure I was happy and in good hands while I was in the store. Laura is a delight too and I like all the staff I've met here but you can really tell that Toni enjoys working here very very much. Seriously, she'd probably do it for free. You can tell she really loves the brand. I came in the next day and was greeted by her again and this is what drew me to write this review. She really left a nice impression on me. 5 people in the store way too much effort to ask your customers to wait outside in the heat for 20 plus minutes to over spend for clothes. Your store is can hold more than 5 people.
