Long long time gown store on the Las Olas strip with tons of styles and colors for purchase. The staff was extremely friendly outgoing. We purchased a wedding gown here many years ago and were very satisfied. The store appears the same as years ago just updated items. I came with a friend who was looking for a wow dress to attend a black tie wedding in New York. Zola Keller fits the bill. They have amazing wow dresses to spare. Staff was super helpful, even though we came in near closing time they didn't rush us and helped my friend try on at least six dresses, I'm sure they wouldn't have had a problem had she wanted to try on more. I was moral support and to help say "yes" to the dress hahaha Once she selected a dress, they have seamstress who do alterations in house. Absolutely false advertising on MOST of the website. This store is NOTHING like it's advertised. The shop is dark and gloomy. The bridal area upstairs is so small that the bridal party could barely fit together. (My daughter, the bride, me, the mother of the groom, maid of honor and 2 bridesmaids) They had maybe 3 or 4 dresses TOTAL that my daughter could even try on that we had to pick and start with ourselves. As I was doing all the work, fixing the train, organizing her sleeves and everything else the consultant was supposed to be doing herself, the consultant literally disappeared ... apparently to get some kind of tape or something. Out of those dresses, only 1 was a 'possible maybe'. They were NOT prepared at all. They were totally clueless as far as the size, price point and design information I provided to Debbie, the woman I made the appt with on the phone. Apparently, those notes she made never made it into the hands of the consultant or the owner of the store. I called ahead and spoke Debbie giving her so many details on what gowns for them to pull and have ready but they did not. The consultant had no clue what she was doing or even looking for and got stupidly snippy with me (The Mother of the Bride) and NONE of the staff members were even listening to what any of us were telling them. I don't even know how many times my daughter and I had to repeat, NO SATIN. Every time my daughter would say what she wanted in detail, the staff members would interrupt her to say "or, you can try ..." meaning, no, we're not listening and don't care what you say, we are still going to just do what we want. That was what we got out of the appointment. It was definitely NOT the bridal experience I wanted for my daughter. As we left the store and got outside, all the women in the bridal party were looking at me confused, saying "This is seriously the place you wanted to take your daughter?" They all knew exactly what I was looking for as far as the experience I wanted my baby girl to have. I had to show the ladies the actual website and what I thought we were walking into and every single lady said "Wow, talk about false advertising, yikes". Zola Keller, you guys need to get your acts together. Either update your website with accurate information of what to expect during the appointment or get your acts together and provide the service you advertise. Very disappointing experience. I ended up taking my daughter and the ladies to another shop to which I made an appt that offered the whole experience as well. They actually provided even more glamor than their website advertised. I bought my wedding dress right before the world closed due to Covid. I had been to some of the major bridal shops in south Florida but nothing wowed me, I wanted something unique and different. I found such a beautiful selection of wedding dresses here that could be custom fit to my body included in the price. I was also able to change some details like the sleeves, bustle, train, and back style due to the customization allowed by the designer. The quality was amazing, the dress came 95 percent perfect fit and the seamstress made it fit 100 percent perfect all at no extra cost. Let me start off by saying that the receptionist who answers the phones at Zola Keller is so pleasant and when I made my appointment she was so refreshing on the phone. I was excited for my visit so we left a bit early to avoid traffic. We got there about 45 minutes early so we visited the outlet first. The outlet was NASTY. The floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in years and the lovely dresses were all dragging off the hangers to the floor. I decided to try on a few bridal gowns so the woman who's dad owns the store escorted me to the fitting room. The fitting room was worse in terms of cleanliness. YUCK. I noticed the dresses from the outlet rack had tears and stains so I didn't even try them on, just left the room and we went back over to the main store. We were 30 minutes early at this time and a blonde woman who was to be helping us was with another client so of course we said we would come back. They told us we could look around and then came back and told us we could head upstairs to browse the bridal gown racks. The blonde woman told me the only dresses they had in my size to try on were towards the back rack. I looked at the small sampling and noticed they were all size 20-22. I am a size 12 and spent the morning trying on dresses at another boutique that were size 12. I told the woman this and she continued to say that rack was my only option. So mindblowing. I left without trying on any gowns. Not a good experience at all and I would not recommend. read more

We were greeted nicely by Debbie. She helped us look through all the racks to find the perfect dress! She let us take our time and didn't rush us at all. Horrible! Please DO NOT shop here! Zola ruined my wedding! 10 months after picking my dress and days before my wedding, my dress is the wrong color, wrong style, and unfinished. At each previous fitting she assured me that she would fix everything that was wrong. I bought a Martina Liana wedding dress from Zola Keller a few months ago. I happened to walk in without an appointment on a busy Sunday during a trunk show event, yet I was still greeted nicely by Zola and her staff. They helped me try on a few dresses and by the 2nd or 3rd dress I was in love, I had found "The Dress". Although it was the perfect dress, I wanted the sweetheart dress to be modified and altered. I imagined the dress with a keyhole on the back and with shoulder cap sleeves. Yet, this proved to be difficult since the dress was a sweetheart and it didn't have enough fabric to create the extra pieces for the shoulders and back. Well, thanks to Zola's creativity and to her amazing seamstresses, Kathy and Dianne, my dress came out exactly how I imagined! Absolutely gorgeous! They did everything possible to make me happy. Their dedication and professionalism is astounding. I love the way Zola, Kathy, and Dianne assessed the dress throughout the modification process. In the middle of the altering process of the dress, they asked me to come to the shop and try on the dress. They wanted to make sure the added keyhole and shoulder caps where coming out flawlessly and, of course, to ensure that the dress fitted perfectly. In addition, they did this all within a very tight deadline. Zola, Kathy, and Dianne came through and succeeded in turning a beautiful dress into a dream gown! My overall experience at Zola Keller's shop was wonderful. They were kind and helpful from the very beginning, which calmed and lowered my stress as a bride. I am beyond satisfied with their selection and service. Pita was excellent at guiding me through the various dresses to find...the one! Once my dress arrived, I had several fittings and they made sure to make all of the special modifications to make my dress truly my own. The alterations were included in the price of the dress so I was able to keep on budget throughout the alteration process, as that is a cost that some overlook. If I could do it all over again, I would have gone to Zola first...although, I did enjoy the dress finding experience prior to saying yes to the dress. read more

Especially, the 2nd wedding where my dress was custom made to what we had ordered and then when it came in was not to my expectations! It's a shame it ended this way. My mom's mother of the bride dress was not finished for the wedding. It was completed MONTHS later. My mom had to purchase another dress off rack for my wedding. Through negotiations with Amex and Lawyers my mom still had to pay a balance for the dress the sis not fit and was not completed for the wedding it was intended. To make matters worse...Zola and her husband insulted my mother and had the audacity to raise their voices as if they were scolding a child. Stating the style she wanted never would have fit her well since she is short and round! This should have been advised before she spent thousands on the outfit. They were EXTREMELY appalling and rude! To make matters worse we only received a store credit. Zola and her husband are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEMEANING! I would have expected a higher level of customer service and more attention to detail at Zolla Keller's. I had purchased my gown a few months prior to my wedding and was assured that I could leave the gown at the store and return closer to my wedding date for alterations. I completed the online portal for an appointment to get the alterations a few months later. I never received a phone call or email response. I then called to schedule the appointment on a Friday. On my way to the appointment, I called three times to provide my ETA and explained that would be 12-15 minutes late due the traffic. The woman answering the phone said not to worry. I arrived approximately 13 minutes past the appointment time and the woman promptly said I was late and would have to return as the seamstress left. I was dumbfounded. Why would the sales associates not have the courtesy to say this when I had given them notice. I would have much rather been told when I called that because I was going to arrive late due to traffic conditions it would be best to reschedule. When I arrived the following day for my appointment, I was told that no one could find my dress and then was asked several questions as to when I purchased it, etc. - I couldn't believe it. Why did the sales associates not have the dress ready especially since this was the second time I had made an appointment? I proceeded to wait for 30 minutes while the team scrambled to "find" my dress. When I finally got my dress, the seamstress came to review what needed to be done for the bustle. I asked if I could leave the dress on for a few minutes as I was waiting for a friend to arrive. The team proceeded to take my belongings out of the dressing room to a much smaller room as someone else stopped by to try something on. The second floor was extremely hot and no one even offered myself or aunt even a glass of water when they clearly could see we were uncomfortable. The owner Zola rudely reminded me three times that I had to pay for the alterations prior to leaving, but conveniently left out the price. I still haven't been able to decipher that comment has the dress had already been paid for in full the day I purchased it. I told her I understood and I would pay for the alterations prior to leaving. At that point, I had already decided to purchase my veil and accessories at Boca Bridal whose sales associates are much more friendly. Especially since when I asked about the veils they provided two to look at it and quickly said great are you ready to purchase it? When I paid for the dress alterations Zolla asked about where I was getting married and the look of surprise that crossed her face when I mentioned the St. Regis in Bal Harbour was priceless. It was clear that she had judged me and never could have imagined that my wedding reception would be at a five star establishment. She then proceeded to tell me that she "used" to have a location in Bal Harbour but it has since closed. I thought to myself no wonder why! You have no customer service skills, terrible taste, your store is filthy and dress rooms are filthy, and have no air in the fitting areas. Perhaps because I purchased one of the more inexpensive dresses? As a self-proclaimed bridal expert Zolla should recognize that some brides purchase a dress based on what they like and not on price. I then scheduled my appointment for my final fitting. The next day I received a call saying that the date and time that the team had been provided was incorrect! Perhaps if Zolla had paid a bit more of attention while scheduling she wouldn't have made the mistake. When I returned to pick up the dress and try it on to ensure that the bustle was done properly my soon to be mother-in-law asked to see two veils on me. The sales associate promptly put it on and again assumed that I was purchasing it. When I proceeded to go downstairs to pick up the dress after it had been steamed she told me the veil was in the bag - when I explained that I wasn't purchasing the veil she promptly took it out abruptly hung the dress in the bag up against a display rack said "here you go" and went to her office. There was not thank you for stopping by, no apology for the continued mix-ups and lack of service, no I hope you have a wonderful wedding. Nothing. Immediately drove to Boca Bridal to purchase a beautiful veil for my wedding day. Future brides beware - do not go to the this bridal store assuming because it's on Las Olas that the service is world class. You will be disappointed! read more

I started shopping for my sons wedding looking at websites and such, but I'm really "old School"and need to go to an actual store. I made my way to a very popular high end retailer that specializes in this type of thing. It was a black tie affair in Manhattan and needless to say, I was beyond paranoid that I would look good!! I live in Florida now and really wasn't sure where to go! I'm not a size 2 but i'm also not a 22! I shared my concerns. None the less, the sales person looked me up & down and dismissed me to "look through" the racks. Obviously...I left! I headed south on 95 to Zola Keller where i was greeted with open arms. Peta made me feel special and reminded me how important the mother of the groom is. We had a noon appointment and the sales associate could not have been ruder. Two minutes into the appointment she had pulled the five dresses she thought my daughter would like ( not clear what that was based on since she barely asked her name) when we all vetoed the first dress and made are reasons know she proclaimed well you won't like any that I pulled since they all are based off what I was told she wanted.
