But this shout out is specifically for Zoe in Clinique because I still get my essentials and she knows all my favorites and color likes. I get calls for all promotions and bonus times which I love and regardless of how busy she is in store I hear the smile and patience while I give her my order and ask questions. So I was quite excited to see the Westroads Mall get a BoxLunch location. The staff here was absolutely killing it with service, even with the busy atmosphere of it being a shiny new store with all the fandoms people collect and love. Honestly it felt very much like a Hot Topic, like the signage and the layout seemed to be almost the exact same. Which makes sense as BoxLunch is a subsidiary of Hot Topic - I just thought there would be a little more of a difference. They had a significantly less "edgy" vibe compared to Hot Topics that I've visited before. Consequently, the atmosphere in this store is more relaxed and conducive to shopping. They also have their own exclusive items that aren't the same as Hot Topic (like POPs and Loungefly stuff). It seems to be slightly pricier than similar items I've seen at comparable shops that sell branded and collectible items. I'd still recommend checking out BoxLunch though, as it's cool to see items in person vs. only online. Make sure to bring your bigger pocketbook, both because they have a lot of neat stuff you'll be tempted by and because those things will not be the most inexpensive collectibles you've ever seen!

There are many reasons to revisit this mall. Also included is Flemmings, a nice higher-end steak house is included and I would recommend them to anyone in town or visiting. I like stores like the Learning Express that bring in mascots of popular shows that bring kids out. The new wellness spa Valo is really well liked, and their bridal store is beautiful. Most recently I came to Regency for a pop up boutique shopping event, and then for a Yelp Blow-out event. It seems there is a lot more to come, like other mini-pop up vendors, dining, and newer stores. If you don't like the crowds of Westroads, this might be the place for you!
