Lululemon can do no wrong in my eyes lol. All jokes aside, my first experience visiting the Tacoma Mall location was wonderful. The girls were so sweet and helpful. I'm a middle aged mom shopping with her teen and I look the par. I didn't feel judged or pressured when shopping for my daughter. Kudos for inclusivity. The store is small but they carry a nice amount of the popular basics. The aesthetic of the store was clean. Lulu is not known for affordability but quality over quantity has always been my belief. The define jacket and the align leggings are our go to pieces. I was also thrilled to see the variety of crossbody bags and colors that were in stock at this location. Hands down my experience was 10/10, I would definitely recommend! read more

ASIANS, PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars. I am Korean and have been shopping at the Lululemon stores for over ten years. I'm usually shopping at stores in Bellevue, Seattle, or South Center. I just can't believe how racist a worker at the TACOMA Lululemon store was to me. I went to this store to fix a mistake they made on a refund I had returned the day before. I explained to the young lady at the store entrance that my previous refund the day before wasn't correct. I tried to explain the situation, and she was rude and condescending in her tone towards me. She took me to an open register to begin the refund process. When she completed correcting the previous day's mistake, she started to lecture me about "how I should speak better English" when discussing the previous days refund mistake. I just can't believe what I heard from this young lady lecturing me to speak English "correctly". I was speechless!! So, I ask for her name but she ignored me and walked away. I ask another employee if I could speak with the manager, and after waiting for a while, the manager finally came out and talked with the employee first and then came to my husband and I, rudely saying if we needed help with purchases?? I explained what happened, and she asks me most disrespectfully, "what do you want me to do??" I understand why these store employees have racist attitudes because managers like BRIE have the same racist attitude. I will never shop at this store ever again, and I will not tolerate racist behavior. LULULEMON, you sell yoga clothes and have posters of "Namaste", yet you can't even train manager to be kind to others and not racist. It is not Acceptable! read more

I recently watched the Crown and since then I wondered what it's like to be be a queen. Coming to this Lululemon has filled my curiosity. Not only everybody at the store were super friendly, the person who processed my return was super quick, apologized (no needed, honestly!) and even let me keep the bag. On the way to the exit I stopped because there was a retractable belt barrier and even though I stood there for like a half second, one girl RAN to the belt apologizing for the wait. There was no wait, and definitely no need to run but I felt like a royalty xD I don't know if it's a corporate training, or a great in-store management, or combination of both, but Lululemon is like Starbucks of retail! Always great customer service and just good vibe at the stores. read more

My daughter bought a pair of leggings for me at the Chicago store. I anted them so I could zip my phone into the pocket! I haven't been able to wear them more than three or four times. Each time they stab me! There's something not made well with the zipper. It actually hurts and I've never worn them an entire day. We never had a store in Pierce County until now. I still have these awful leggings that cost my young daughter $118 as a gift to me. Items are only refundable within thirty days. I guess I was supposed to get off my rear and drive to Seattle once I came home. No thank you. I hate driving to Seattle. Too much traffic. Now, that they are local, but the $118 unusable leggings leave a bad taste in my mouth. There are much better options with acceptable return policies.... Especially for a GIFT. I don't have my daughters credit card. I have discarded the receipt or lost it after the flight. read more

My sister and I went to Lululemon at the Tacoma Mall to exchange a pair of pants for a different size. This wouldn't require any shopping or looking around, just a simple transaction. There were 3 people waiting in line outside of the store in order to follow social distancing guidelines in the store. We stood at the end of the line for about 5 minutes. After this, we went up to the sales girl outside of the store and asked if we could do the exchange. She informed us that we needed to get on the waitlist, which she had not mentioned for the first 5 minutes we were standing in line. We asked how long the waitlist time was and she said AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES....TO GET EXCHANGE A PAIR OF PANTS. The sales lady literally could have taken the pants and brought the right size back out to us!! A simple exchange...hour and a half wait...that's the world we live in people. You would think with the holidays and Covid they would bring a scanner thing to the door to items things so people could do simple exchanges and returns without have the wait an hour and a half. read more

Absolutely love my experience when trying to figure out what size I would wear. The staff was super helpful, even with the Covid guild lines. I'm usually a really hard fit because I'm super tall and can wear a 6-14 depending on the manufacture. They got me in the right size spot on. So excited. read more

I'd give them zero if it was possible, I was just there a few minutes ago. My birthday was last Monday, so I received gifts from a couple of friends, one vest that cost $162 & a $100 gift card. The vest was a too tight, so I wanted to exchange it, I went in...been there for almost a half hr & no one even acknowledged me, a lady name Maria was too busy entertaining a friend & her boyfriend & another friend. There was another white lady who was tall who helped me, I tried to get her to find a me a jacket, she had an attitude cuz she had to take it off the mannequin. I asked for a size 6, but she's like u should get an 8. I picked out an item to exchange which I had a receipt for since it was just purchased yesterday. She's like well u know this is final sale & I can't give u cash, so I replied w/ I didn't ask u for cash, then continued w/ well this time I will give u a gift certificate, but we normally don't do this, so I showed her the $100 gift card & I told her I promise u I'll be back to buy something else of course not at this specific store. I'm probably better off online. I work out 5-6x a wk & I really just wanted to try their products, but if I can return all of these for cash I so would. I'm going to use the rest of the gift cards for a pair leggings, so I'm just hoping that their comfortable for the price u pay. The worst part of all she didn't even give me a bag, I had to ask for it, I even offered to pay for it & I said thank u to her & the other lady name Maria on the way out & I didn't even get a reply from neither one of them read more

Great store. I've always loved lululemon products, unfortunately the staff makes it nearly impossible to shop there. With covid guidelines and restrictions I respect business that have safety precautions while, also making sure the customers still feel like they are welcome and wanted to shop there. I tried going in the other day and i assumed you had to wait in line like everyone else and I saw there was no line so I said Hi to the girl and tried to walk in. She ignored me and was on her phone with her friend. I tried to go on and then slid in front of me and ignorantly asked if I had made a "reservation" online. As their prices continue to raise, their level of customer service continues to plummet. I decided to stop in today to see if there were any must have items worth purchasing before Christmas. I understand that it was a busy day but every single customer (besides me) received a "hello"or "welcome in"! But several employees who weren't helping anyone looked at me and then walked right past. I knew not to expect much since I had previously worked out and didn't really look "the part". But seeing as I happened to be wearing Lululemon, I did expected to be treated as an equal. I'm sad to report a very disturbing incident for a US NAVY veteran at lululemon in the Tacoma mall.  At the counter I asked Spencer Guerrero,  #10519, Key Leader, for a veteran military discount. I presented the proper ID.  We purchased a $88.00 shirt and were hoping to receive a discount.  He asked me who the shirt was for and I told him it is for my grandson who is having a birthday.  He proceeded to tell me I couldn't have the discount since it wasn't for me. We suggested that there must be a mistake,  and he assured me that the people upstairs just had a meeting with him and that this was the new policy.  We asked for the manager,  he said that he was the manager. We then walked out without purchasing the item.  After about 5 minutes, we tried to buy a shirt for my wife. He accused us of trying to commit fraud to lululemon and said he would complete the transaction but that our files would be marked and we would be barred from any future military discount. Is this how veterans are treated now?  I  did four tours in Vietnam and was spit upon when I returned.  Very bad memories. I thought our country was finally past this type of reprehensible behavior.  Lululemon sure proved me wrong.  Please,  all veterans must boycott Lululemon stores.  Please repost this to social media sites for me as I am not savvy enough to do that. read more

I have to start with the disclaimer that I am definitely not the kind of guy that normally wears Lulu. However, after finding myself browsing through this store the other day, I clearly am going to change my tune! Three clothes are amazing... Expensive... But the quality and fit is obvious worth the price! The staff is across the board super friendly and very helpful. They are very attentive, but not in creepy, gotta make the sale kind of way! The checkout process was smooth and I received an unexpected first responder discount which I greatly appreciated! I saw many veterans in the store and while another reviewer encouraged veterans to boycott Lulu, I heartily disagree. I enjoyed an amazing shopping experience and the store is conveniently located next to a main mall entrance on the west side of Tacoma mall near the Gene Juarez Salon, so if you park over there you are in and out of the store without having to deal with the mall crowd! read more
