This was a big store in Willowbrook mall, very nicely designed, bright and clean. It was also well organized. There were few fitting rooms in the back side of the store. They had lots of apparel and accessories for both men and women. There was also a rack for items on sale. Their products were excellent quality, made with comfortable sort fabrics. But their are all pricey. Lots of associates were available in the store helping out customers and also tidying up the clothes. The register was very busy but they were quickly checking out customers. The associate at the counter was fast and efficient, while also being friendly. read more

I love this staff and I love the products (obviously) - my credit card statements will back that! Being a curvy thing my whole life, I honestly quit buying denim the second they came out with yoga pants in college (of course at the time I was in college so they were cheap and terrible and you could absolutely see my skin through them). I love Lululemon! Their clothing is beautifully made and their fit is amazing. The stores are always immaculate and the stock is beautifully kept. Add that to a knowledgable and helpful staff and it's always a great shopping experience. They are not cheap, a pair of leggings can run up to $120 but they keep their shape and color after many washes. For now they are practicing social distancing and only allowing two people in the store at a time so be prepared to wait. But its worth it read more

I remember being in love with Lululemon since I asked my Crossfit coach about her leggings & shorts (Shoutout to Jess Murden from Crossfit ACT who also happens to be a Lulu Ambassador!) I have been pining for some good Lulu leggings for years & today my dream finally came true with the help of my Sweat Collective discount & gift card *happy tears*! From the moment I walked in, the staff was soo welcoming & kind. I definitely did my research (thanks Youtube & Fitstagram) before walking in to the store but I wasn't 100% sure on the different kinds of fabric & factors. Joely was quick to come to my aid once she saw me beelining for the Aligns & Wunder Unders. Joely also speaks spanish so if you need help on that front - she's got you. Now - I had my heart set on getting Aligns but the educators are amazing at doing just that- educating. I definitely had questions & hesitations due to the nature of the training I do, how much I sweat, the intensity levels of my workouts & overall general wear & tear of garments & care. I walked out with Hi Rise Wunder Unders w/ Luon & I could not be more happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be back for some Aligns, Wunder Unders in Luxtreme & All The Right Places leggings (only available in bigger stores just fyi). Hooray for Lululemon ! read more

I am basically an honorary employee here, that's how often I come to this location. Super conveniently located on the corner of Bloomfield Ave. and Park, this place is a perfect spot to stop on an afternoon stroll through Montclair. Their selection is usually better than the Lululemon locations in NYC, and in fact, it's better than any other storefront that I've been to in NJ, too! All of the staff here are super friendly and knowledgable. If you're looking for something you've seen online, even if you don't know the name, chances are they'll know exactly what you're talking about just by describing it. And if they don't have it, they'll try to find it somewhere else for you. Seriously. So nice. And you can tell they all actually love working there. Even though the clothing is on the pricier side, it's worth it. It's so comfy and long-lasting. They have no hassle returns for products that wear "too quickly" or have other defects. I've walked in with a sweater that's two years old that has recently started shrinking diagonally so the zipper runs crooked down the front and they exchanged it on the spot. WORST SERVICE. The manager was incredibly rude and insulting to my brother. He was shopping for my mom, looking at a sweater when the manager approached him to ask if he was finding everything alright. My brother was very friendly and simply asked how much the sweater was. Upon hearing the price my brother (a student) politely and jokingly said "that's a little out of my price range. Maybe when I'm forty" the MANAGER replied "or maybe never" and walked away. A half way decent employee would've just chuckled and pointed him in the direction of something a little more affordable for a student Christmas shopping for his mom. If the manager is treating customers like this I can't imagine how poorly run the whole shop must be. There's so many other clothing stores in the area don't waste your time here unless you're looking to be insulted and disrespected. read more

I bought a yoga mat at the Montclair, NJ Lululemon about 5-6 days ago. I took class with it the next day and rolled it out, to find a tear in it. So, I went there today (3/3/23) to exchange it, receipt in hand, and the manager was beyond rude (short blonde woman with a belly button piercing). At first she says, "I'm not sure if we can exchange it because you opened it." A brand new yoga mat is literally rolled up and held together by a piece of plastic. "Opening" it implies it was completely wrapped up and encased, where I had to open it and rip off tags - not the case whatsoever. Then she told me I could have caused the tear in the mat. First off, I noticed the tear as soon as I rolled it out. Secondly, anyone who practices yoga knows that it's rare for a mat, especially a Lululemon mat, to rip or tear. She explained that all mats are analyzed before their rolled up so the tear probably was not there and I may have to call a customer service number. I told her I'd gladly call right there on the spot if she gave me the number. Then she goes, "I'll exchange it this time, but this can't happen again." I thanked her and she scanned the new mat and hands me the receipt without saying a word. I ask her if I'm all good to go, she says yes. I said, "have a great night" and she completely ignored me. This was no fluke because when I was there last week, this same manager/supervisor was rude to one of the employees there. The employee who sold me the first mat that ended up being defective was so nice. She asked the manager a question and the way she responded was rude and unprofessional. I NEVER write bad reviews, but I was that disappointed in the customer service given the amount of money I spend at Lululemon. The manager at Lululemon in Montclair who was working around 5pm on March 3, 2023, should be fired. read more

Who doesn't love a lulu lemon. This location is on a corner in downtown Montclair. Parking can be difficult, but they are super nice inside and very helpful and will exchange a pair of old lulus that are ripped. They also have a sale rack. During the summer my husband went to purchase me workout wear from Lululemon in Montclair, NJ. When he went to purchase the Yoga mat and pants the assistant manager gave him a difficult time when he tried to use his military discount, displaying his military ID. The A. M. stated that the workout wear needed to be for himself to receive a 10% deduction. Finally, he gave him a discount and when the manager contacted me, she stated that's technically their policy. Meanwhile, my husband is a veteran who was purchasing his WIFE products from that company. Additionally, my husband has served his country by fighting in war and should not be questioned when and how to receive his benefits. I will no longer market Lululemon as the best athletic brand and I don't respect any company that does not value our country and the men and women who serve. read more

This is going to be a very odd review but I must leave it because I would want to see this review because I am a loyal customer of this store mainly in Los Angeles and was Vegas for the first time I went into the Montclair store I have just had lunch at Plum with my mother when we were in the store we were greeted by a very nice young girl and I had my eye on $130 pair of pants that were on a mannequin display so I grabbed a size medium when I laid it down the guy was telling me what great quality it was and I had mentioned that I had most of the inventory that I liked already Had said she cannot understand how I spend $130 on just one pair of workout pants just to do barre But I told her I had been buying it for a few years and they are very comfortable and the salesgirl agreed after laying the pants down and looking at them I noticed that in the front was a very apparent white stain in the crotch of the pair Of the pants and I verbally said oh my God and it took my breath away the girl said what is wrong so I told the salesgirl to lock "There is a vagina juices stain in the middle of the crotch look!" She did and said all my God and grabs them in a hurry She apologised a couple of times but I told her it wasn't her fault about four days later I ended up calling up the manager only because I really felt like the manager of the store should know something like this happens in their store so when I called I didn't fact ask if the manager had known and he told me no it was a young guy on the phone It was very nice and assured me that had he known something like this occurred he would've addressed it and that he guarantees that they would never sell something that was soiled or damaged like that I'm not saying that I will never shop at the store again but I've never seen that in my whole life I don't know what kind of control the staff has over each part of their inventory but this yelp is not being left to her the business the manager or the salesperson whatsoever he axed me what he can do to make me happy and I told him nothing that it was not his fault I just wanted to know If it was addressed and how they deal with those situations I'm leaving this yelp only for the consumer and people who shop there regularly because today I went shopping at another store and noticed that every time I was looking at something with a crutch or pants I kept noticing myself looking to see if I would find something similar so it has been emblazoned on my mind and resonated for the past couple of days that's the only reason that I reached out to the manager before I left this Yelp The manager was apologetic but again I don't believe it was his fault I believe the fault lies with a dirty customer and I think that situations like this people should look out for hygiene it doesn't matter how high and the close are you always have to look Other than that 2 stars for very nice employees And an Organizer store. Love this lululemon! It is a small store, so they do not have everything that they have online, but the people working the sales floor are amazing. I talked to this one girl for forever about lululemon, and she helped me pick out the best pants! I thought I was a size 8, and this girl thought I was actually a 6, and she was right on! I think her name was Molly, but not sure. She was absolutely fantastic! They do have a sale rack in the back by the fitting rooms. Their prices do not disappoint! I found some shorts for only $29! What an experience!!! I have to say that their product speaks for itself. This is one of those examples of " You get what you pay for" but, it doesn't stop there. My experience began on the phone with 2 employees (Amanda & Stephanie) who were super eager to help me. I've never gotten that over the phone from a clothing store. They held the product I was inquiring about until I arrived. It got better on my arrival! Along with my new purchase, I brought in my wife's leggings that had been damaged in the wash and asked for recommendations. They not only instructed me on how to care for their apparel, they also exchanged the old leggings for a new pair! READ!! Today I walked into lululemon ready to see the merchandise and see what all the rave was about! I have been working out for about a year daily and was ready to purchase my first pair of leggings! Knowing it would be a fitness investment I was excited and ready to ask questions and see which best style suited my fitness routine and body type! The service was amazing and the employees were friendly and absolutely willing to guide me through the journey! After trying on a few pairs of leggings, etc....the employee and I were ready to decide which pair would best work for me! Once I decided on my pair the employee told me that on behalf of lululemon and the fact that I was brand new to the brand that they would purchase my very first pair of leggings!!!! I was in SHOCK!!!! I couldn't believe the generosity that the store was showing me along with the clothing line!! I have never had this type of generosity shown to me in my life and I couldn't have been any more grateful! This facility is absolutely amazing and helpful and although they may not do this to everyone that is not the point! My experience today kept me there searching for the perfect pair of leggings and left me feeling so full of gratitude! Thank you for the 3 epic people who helped me!
