I repeatedly expressed how disappointed I was in the situation and the customer service, and they not once addressed my concerns, only focused on me shipping back the item sent to me by mistake. I even requested for a manager to contact me, which did not occur. I am shocked at the lack of customer service and service recovery provided to me and sadly, will not be shopping from them any longer.
