My dental experiences in my life when I was young were very bad, so dental appointments can be scary. She's always made me feel relaxed and safe. Her office is clean and organized. The staff are always professional and friendly. I've had routine dental issues and complex dental issues over the time I've seen her. I've had dental emergencies and she always makes time to take care of my problem. She's very caring and thorough. I would not consider another dentist. Dr. Groves has been the dentist for my family for a long time and I've recommended her to friends. I've never heard a complaint from my family and have never heard a complaint from my friends about their experiences at her office.

After leaving his work unfinished - even after a second attempt, with a second set of PERMANENT crowns(and multiple temporaries) I will still need them ALL completely redone. Dr. Pruitt denied me a refund, but he made sure he had me sign a piece of paper denying ANY wrongdoings - even after giving me laughing gas, and novacane (keep in mind, I had no teeth in my mouth- just the grinded stumps he left in my mouth) and I was too numb to explain myself (i had Theresa go back 3 times to fix the paper before I gave up) I Traveled to Alabama, from NY a total of - SEVEN TIMES!!! And LOST close to 100k$ in the process!!!!! he promised to take care of "my nightmare", but the nightmare really had just begun. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! He is NOT who he portrays to be. Not going to lie, I partially chose to come here because they have a trendy waiting room. When I called, they were able to schedule me within a week, which is unheard of where we moved from! Usually dentists take 6 months to see people. I'm grateful they had room for us. I arrived with our 9 month old and was worried she would be crying throughout the cleaning, but she did great all thanks to the staff. Dental hygienists would pop by and say hi to my daughter, especially when she started getting fussy. One hygienist even brought her a child's toothbrush and this helped keep her entertained the majority of the appointment. My dental hygienist was very kind and bubbly and the doctor was very kind as well. Very grateful for a good experience! My only critique is that they need a changing table in the bathroom!

They also stated my husband came in late for an appointment which they have a 15 minute grace period he was 4 minutes late they tried to turn him away, they then stated that he missed several appointments which they charge for but he has a zero balance which clearly shows he hasn't been late. The service that has been shown to us is very appalling and it clearly shows discrimination. We are paying for a service, we are not asking for charity work and that's how we have been treated.

I asked why didn't you tell me that insurance would probably not pay for it. I then asked, if they could discount this amount to what insurance would allow. She said NO.
