I have been to several dentists over the course of my life. I have had jacked up teeth due to not…read moretaking care of my teeth and always chewing gum growing up. I have seen quite a few dentists and been quoted 50 and 75 thousand dollars to " truly " fix my teeth. I have been told it would be a fix that may need re fixing after 10 or so years. I have never showed my teeth or smiled with an open mouth. The very first time I met with Dr Pruitt and his staff, I was completely at ease. They took the time to explain my options, and helped me through being able to secure financial options that I could afford. The very first day after I left his office I went to wal mart and 2 different ladies stopped me and told me I had "beautiful teeth"!! I have never in 59 years ever heard someone say something positive about my smile!! I wish I had done this 40 years ago! I highly recommend them! They promised a life changing experience! And I did. **check Reddit for more *real* reviews on this guy!!!! ** Dr Pruitt shaved down my teeth & gums down to almost nothing. He never properly addressed my problems, instead pushed blame, and lied to my face. I'm not sure he even knows ANYTHING about real dentistry to be honest.. he is EXTREMELY aggressive - leaving me in A LOTTTTTT of pain after each visit, and almost always, an infection. Dr. Pruitt also REFUSES to ever take accountability for his wrongdoings. Red flag right there He cared more about what my reaction would be for the camera rolling (after waiting 1hr in the chair being told not to look "he wants to see my reaction" btw) - then my genuine care and comfort of a new, "amazing quality, healthy smile" - I knew I was in serious trouble.. After leaving his work unfinished - even after a second attempt, with a second set of PERMANENT crowns(and multiple temporaries) I will still need them ALL completely redone. The problems he was suppose to fix with the second set of perms, I have begun having the same issues, the problem is STILL not resolved. Almost a year later! Dr. Pruitt denied me a refund, but he made sure he had me sign a piece of paper denying ANY wrongdoings - even after giving me laughing gas, and novacane (keep in mind, I had no teeth in my mouth- just the grinded stumps he left in my mouth) and I was too numb to explain myself (i had Theresa go back 3 times to fix the paper before I gave up) I Traveled to Alabama, from NY a total of - SEVEN TIMES!!! And LOST close to 100k$ in the process!!!!! he promised to take care of "my nightmare", but the nightmare really had just begun. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! He is NOT who he portrays to be. Use your discernment with this guy, seriously.. he did serious damage to me, for life.
