She was even able to work me into her regularly scheduled cleaning. I was in the home after they finished and she did exceptionally well considering we had a lot of dust and living to clean up with kids and pets after living there four years. It smelled great! the bathrooms were spotless. The floors clean and the carpets fresh! She did all the other things: windows, baseboards, doors, and appliances. Great prices for what was done and I could not have done it better myself, plus I didn't have the time. Thank you Tracy and your team for an excellent job.

Each time I walk in the house after they have cleaned, it always looks, feels, and smells AMAZING! They also pay attention to detail and alert me to house issues that need to be addressed and supplies that need to be restocked. I consistently receive comments from guests about how clean the house is. I highly recommend Tracy and her team for your cleaning needs.

Review- Missing Property Hire with caution!…read more Service provided: completed within agreed upon timeframe. Issues: * Billing: Was initially told service would cost $210 for 2 hours when scheduling service. Was ultimately charged $315. Requested itemized receipt but was only provided standard receipt. * Missing property: My brand new $99 skincare product went missing after service while my other (cheaper) skincare products in the area were still present and organized. I notified management with documentation about the issue and requested reimbursement. I was told they will do an "investigation" first. Despite requesting updates I received no reply to my calls/emails for over a month. After further pressing the issue they emailed stating they will deny reimbursement because they can't prove my missing product was a "result of their cleaning". * When requesting a copy of the contract via email and phone all correspondence ceased with my emails rejected as being "blocked". I know what was in my home before the cleaning and what is no longer here. Based on the billing, missing property, and handling of my complaint, I would not hire this company again and currently filing a NC consumer complaint.

The service call with Reggie and the cleaner, Phil, a skilled service professional, it was the representation of a first-rate operation. We have had carpets and upholstery cleaned many times over the last 43 years of home ownership, and we must say that All Star Chem-Dry service rates among the best, if not the very best. Phil, our designated cleaner, sent a reminder of when he was scheduled to arrive an hour ahead of time and sent a message letting us know of his arrival. He was friendly and personable but also efficient in setup and work. He worked tirelessly for over two hours. There were a few stubborn clay stains from our pet's paws that Phil deep-cleaned repeatedly until they disappeared. In addition, the price estimate was "spot on." Once Phil arrived, the items to be cleaned were given an up-close exam and a final price for cleaning. I liked knowing what the final bill was going to be before Phil began cleaning. Well, it's done, now -- and our family room is simply beautiful -- and the living space smells especially fresh and clean. We thank you. [First visit charge: Approximately $360] Update! About a week after Phil cleaned our furniture so beautifully, our dog ran in from outside with a muddy paw and messed up a corner of one cushion. Phil returned to clean the spot and, within 15 minutes, removed the spot and sold me some of their special cleaner he used. Remarkable! We are totally satisfied with this company. [Second visit charge: $30]
