When I first contacted TCE I explained that I was interested in a regular cleaning schedule and I wasn't sure the frequency whether every 2 weeks or once a month was best. After asking a few questions about lifestyle, size of home, number of people living in the home and pets they suggested once a month to be sufficient. The first initial clean was a deep clean that was a little more expensive than the monthly cleaning, all of which was quoted before I had to commit. They arrive on time and work by within the time frame they state. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and I look forward to continue using their services. I highly recommend!

I sent them the size of my house and what I was looking for and they sent me a price. I decided to go with them because they were about $50 cheaper then the other cleaners I reached out to. When they got to my house they took a look around and said to do everything I requested would be almost double the price. I was not prepared for a jump that big so I told them I wanted to cancel and then they informed me that it would be a $60 cancellation fee. We then agreed for them to do as much cleaning as they could for the original price. I left my house and came back to a house that was in worse condition. They broke 3 of my blinds, took out a toilet seat screw that they couldn't get back in, moved big pieces of furniture and didn't put it back (office desk, tv stand, etc.), and left piles of dust in my house. I asked them to wipe down the glass in my shower again and without even trying they said there was nothing that they could do. Overall, my house was relatively cleaner but for the price and quality I would've been better off doing it myself. The one consolation was that they admitted to the things they broke and agreed to reimburse me for it. Response to business: I believe I was fair and accurate in my review. Your work did not deserve more than 3 stars. Your employees did not tell me things were broken, I had to search through my house to discover what was broken. That should not be required during a regular cleaning. Your employees broke 3 blinds. You would think after breaking one or two they would stop cleaning them and let me know why, but they did not. The toilet was 100% damaged by your employees. There were no issues until after your cleaning. I also should not have to vacuum dirt piles after your employees leave. I'm happy some your other customers had a good experience, but unfortunately that was not the case for me.

I got bids from several companies through Yelp and ABS was the most readable quote. I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof. After around 30 minutes or less, the guys were done. Since then I have had ZERO issues with the dryer and should have gotten this done when I bought the house. Good service, I would use them again.

They cleaned my house beautifully but apparently as a paying customer Matt has a problem with customers asking clarifying questions. Upon arrival this morning I informed Lisa that I did not want her to use water on my hardwood floors but just use Bona directly on the hardwood. Well as it turns out she said she forgot And immediately offered to dry the floor with their towels. It was totally fine and I was in no way mad that she forgot. It happens. Then when she asked me to check upstairs to make sure it was good I only noticed that the tv and stand were still dusty that they must have forgotten it. She or her partner did it no big deal. They were still cleaning downstairs so it would take nothing to just wipe what they missed because after all I'm paying for a service. When they asked me to do walk through of downstairs I said all looked well. I was in a meeting for work but looked quickly. So when I made my appointment for December I told the owner that they did a great job and that I was very pleased but noticed this time they didn't vacuum my couch like they did the first time when they cleaned in October. He said that it is only done during a deep clean of that room. I said ok thanks. No problem but thought that was standard. Apparently he did not like my reply because Then he sent me a text about 20 min later and said that the ladies told him that I was not pleased with how they cleaned and that since I was so unhappy that they would be declining any future services. I was floored. I then personally called and told him that if I were so unhappy I would have told him that I was happy and that I would not have tipped which I tipped very well. I told him to mail my check back to me and that I would be taking the extra good tip out and only paying for the service that was done. He says that they are the best in the business but in order to be the best you must exceed expectations in all areas and customer service is not something he excels at. In addition he believed his team who has clearly lied to him and never asked me the customer if I was pleased or not and never wanted to hear my side. Lisa came in running her mouth telling me that the ladies who cleaned for me in October no longer are with the company and that people are asking her all the time when will she go back to coordinating because they don't like how Matt does it. I as a customer should not be told any of this. It's highly unprofessional and she has told me many times they are short staffed. Now I can see why if he treats his employees like he did me which was unfair and unjust. Truly unbelievable. You will be better off hiring a company that is well rounded and can take feedback and doesn't mind questions from paying customers.

When the team arrived, they took a quick glance around to get their bearings and then I took my dog and headed to work. I returned just as they were wrapping up. April shouted out "It's like a brand new home!" and she was right. The house looked (and smelled) wonderful. I've got a LOT of knick knacks and each one was gently moved, wiped down (along with the shelf it was on) and returned to its place. My stove literally looked like it was brand new. Amazing job! I'll definitely be booking again.
